This proves that she's not just some messed up little kid who says funny lines and has a fetish for things that go boom-boom. She's really clever: turning the whatever Hyperion gave Brick to make him really suggestible to her own advantage.
I think my favorite part of this trailer is Tina's responses to the Funeral. The first time it's mentioned she actively interrupts Brick, launching into this entire fantasy setting seemingly just to Escape, but we as the audience know better, especially after having played the DLC. And throughout, whenever it's brought up again, Tina is quiet, ignoring the topic and trying to change the subject offering the Hyperion Guard as interrogation fodder to distract both herself and Brick from what she doesn't want to admit.
She didn't mention it when Brick talked about it. She was quiet the whole time he spoke about the funeral. Plus she admits that she knew he was dead but that she wanted him in the story because she loves him so much. GOD I MISS ROLAND AND BLOODWING!!! Imma go cry myself to sleep again wishing that he comes back...
I'm sure she'll be in Borderlands 3. She's like, a 'fan favorite'. Everyone likes her. Same as they did when they brought NPCs and characters from BL1 into BL2. Also, I know this isn't really the place for BL3 discussion, but I really hope BL3 takes place in a new area. I don't mind it being on Pandora still, but they have the entire planet to work with. In BL1 and 2, they kept the areas really close, even overlapping with the Badlands. As much as I liked revisiting an area from BL1, I think they could do with spreading out a bit. It feels off to me, having all the different location types(Snow, Volcano, Green areas, Desert, DLC areas, etc). It doesn't feel like it even makes sense. It makes it feel like all the areas are just smashed together for no reason. Desert right near snow areas, right near the Highlands, right near an ocean. The layout just feels rushed and not very well thought out. If they spread it out more, and moved it away from the first BL area, it would have made more sense.
If you recall, the first time you go to the dust, Scooter says you are off echo for hours. So it implies that there is some distance between the glaciers and the desert.
Nakall Well yeah, I get that. But that doesn't make it feel any more spread out really, since it's just a few second loading screen between places. If there was at least some kind of indication that there was a long distance traveled, it wouldn't be so bad. I dunno, it's just a personal thing. To ME it feels weird traveling to all these different locations instantly with no cutscene, video, etc between them to show me traveling. (Not an annoying cutscene, just something during the loading screen even would be nice). Something to make it feel like you're actually going somewhere and not just opening a door to the next area.
Not everyone, there were some idiots saying Tina was racist, because of the way she talks, Anthony Burch discussed with them on twitter. Apparently, he was thinking of making changes on the character, hope he won't, Tina is perfect the way she is.

This is an amazing DLC. There's enough content for it to be a standalone game. If you keep going back to the town near the beginning, you'll find new missions all the time.

eggsmash The way I thought, you were still doing Hyperion's job, for a while. Then when Jack really wanted to kill you, Angel kept your coding alive in the New-U's. After Jack died Hyperion was happy since he gained the company in a hostile takeover so they deleted his code while fighting the warrior hoping you would win. As for Roland, yea I never understood that, I was hoping another DLC would have come out when you were fighting on the moon base and able to hack in and bring Roland back.
I think it'd be great if they did a mini series or maybe just more short character stories similar to Krieg's "Meat Bicycle Built For Two". It's fun playing as the characters, but I also enjoy watching them do animations in situations that just aren't possible in the context of playing the game. Maybe something to bridge the ending of BL2 into BL3?
watching this in 2019 after beating borderlands kinda made me sad and miss the past, i really hope we get to revisit dragon keep in some way, or at least tina's imagination, roland and bloodwing are still alive in her universe and it be nice to see them again
they should make brick a dlc character i'd love to play him again they would need to change his skill tree tho to make it more about punching and maybe give him sledges hammer with massive damage for the bottom of a skill tree

Borderlands is just great, they have such well developed characters and a great ability to write out their silly but meaningful scenarios. I really hope also we get to see a lot more of the personalities of the characters from the 2nd game in Borderlands 2. I want a mission Krieg gives us that has us doing the violent things he usually mentions when he is actually trying to tell you to do something important.

Here's a random "if". What would you guys think if this happened? BL3 Playable Character: Tiny Tina Action Skill: Makes fantasy come to life. So everything in this video actually happened in their reality. Its just the Vault Hunters don't know it. Making Brick actually a woman for a temporary period of time (lol) and Tiny Tina essentially a god.
i want tiny tina to be a VH in BL3, but i'd rather fantasy be one of her trees. for her action skill, i'd want something involving explosions. just fits her better. she was into explosions all game, only into fantasy in the dlc.
maybe Tina would have faster movement speed naturally and as an ability slow down the world around her for herself and her comrades (sugar rush type of thing) she can have bonus' on corrosive and explosive weapons and could have a doppelganger jack inspired inspiration upgrade, which just allows us to hear more Tina.
I love how Tina started Brick on the fantasy stuff after the Hyperion guard mocked Roland and Blood’s passings. In other words, THAT WAS FOR VENGEANCE.

Damn... This DLC had such an epic and amazing atmosphere... I would love to play more, like getting a fantasy borderlands game would be pretty cool, haha. I really didn't want the DLC to end...

BL3 Playable Character: Tiny Tina
Action Skill: Makes fantasy come to life.
So everything in this video actually happened in their reality. Its just the Vault Hunters don't know it. Making Brick actually a woman for a temporary period of time (lol) and Tiny Tina essentially a god.
i want tiny tina to be a VH in BL3, but i'd rather fantasy be one of her trees. for her action skill, i'd want something involving explosions. just fits her better. she was into explosions all game, only into fantasy in the dlc.
I can honestly see that happening
maybe Tina would have faster movement speed naturally and as an ability slow down the world around her for herself and her comrades (sugar rush type of thing) she can have bonus' on corrosive and explosive weapons and could have a doppelganger jack inspired inspiration upgrade, which just allows us to hear more Tina.
But, then who would be the rest? Who would be dlc? Probably a clone of Marcus.
Tina is one of my favourite and this dlc had one of the best gear

I love how Tina started Brick on the fantasy stuff after the Hyperion guard mocked Roland and Blood’s passings.
