The basic machine appears to be almost identical to the older Robland x31. Am I wrong? The cutter head modification is very attractive as are a number of the other upgrades.
Can you attach the Incra TS-LS table saw fence on it. And actually, do you need it at all? I am after the repeatability of nonconsecutive cuts.
What is the difference between the C331 and the Hammer K3?

I was wondering the same thing. That doesn't seem to pull up anything in the US, so search "CMT TMP-1000 Flexible Template for Curved and Arched Routing" on Amazon, and it looks to be the same thing. There are other lengths available, as well. Have fun!
