Mint condition and Joddci (Devante) use the mess out of the JD800. I had the JD990. That wailing guitar and Fusion Lead was always a classic. I loaded them into my Jupiter X.
The JD-08 is a hammer. 128 voices, 4 layered colors per patch 2 Track polyphony sequencer, Arp. JD800 was a 2800 Bucks machine back in the days. Motion sequencing (!) Just what i wanted. NO menue diving like in the Blofeld or similar instruments. I heared some Korg Triton pads, which are not so rich and deep like the JD08 it`s possible to create 128 Cat-Ufos (meow x128) This will attract additional 128 singing cats. I ordered one today.
I like the way you test devices. I am looking for a good MIDI keyboard controller with aftertouch. Which keyboard are you using with testing this Roland JD-08. This one looks okay. JD-08 has great sounds own one myself. 👍👍👍🎶
