Can I use my ManyChat account for multiple Facebook pages and Instagram accounts? Specifically, I want to manage comments and automated messages for my five business Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Nope, you need to create one Manychat account per Facebook Page / Instagram account. But you can have one Manychat account for 1 Facebook page and 1 Instagram Account. So if you have 5 FB pages/IG accounts, you need 5 Manychat accounts.

No that's not a FB condition. But it can be good practice, depending on the types of messages you are sending.

It might be that the “Get Started” box doesn’t appear because you already chatted with your page. Is that the case?

Nope, there isn’t. And when using the Ref url, the Getting Started isn’t their either
Are you able to schedule a FB RefURL set up with Manychat? When I click Scheduled it pulls up really old posts.

Yes, that's what I recommend to do as well. Let her make the Manychat account and ask her to invite you as an admin!

Many Chat messenger has not been working for my flow since May 9
Is it your Messenger flow itself? Or the web chat that you have on your website? Because Facebook has disabled the chat widget since May 9.
