I would recommend adding a button to your Instagram chatbot that directly goes to your WhatsApp chatbot. Then you need to get some user input in order to merge these two contacts into one, this is either phone number or email.

Yes, you can also send images in the broadcast. Recommended measurement is 1.91:1 aspect ratio.
