1. Because Tsumugi is Idolish7 manager. That's why he calls her that.
2. Why should it be Tenn? This is not BL. If there are scenes that can be interpreted that way, it's platonic at most. And yeah, that includes Mezzo. Since it's like what Yamato had said at one point, Tamaki did consider Shougo as an older sibling that he looks up to since he grew up with no family of his own.
