I SWEAR, just last night I was hoping for a "follow instructions" video where you could close your eyes and drift off to sleep and, here we are. You are a mind-reader. Thank you a million times for this. 💙💙💙

This was soooo relaxing! I loved the shape exercise and the counting was nice. You have a very relaxing voice, so being able to close my eyes, relax, and do some small mental tasks was great. I really hope you do more in this style if you enjoyed it!
I absolutely love the "counting with you" parts. I feel like it takes a lot of focus, but when you don't anticipate Eliza's numbers and just focus on your own, it's so tingly.
When she brought out the bubble wrap I thought she was going to pop it and tell us to differentiate between a finger snap and a bubble pop and my brain was like whoah hold up hold up I'm too insomnically tired to focus for this. Thank you for the update Eliza, it's well appreciated. I absolutely love your mannerisms, soft tones, and cadence of speech. Your follow my instructions/do the opposite of what I say/ any variation of that sort have to be my absolute favourite of yours. They keep me just focused enough to prevent my brain from wandering to places self depreciating, but still allow me to let go and relax. An almost purely audible video is a great way to encourage us away from the blue light of our phones :) Thanks very much

I suffer with nightmares and your video is great to pull the mind back to the present moment away from fearful thoughts , I needed a video like yours to help me calm down the fear response after a nightmare so I can go back to sleep . Thank you 🤍

When you went from "yellow square" to just "triangle" I immediately pictured a yellow triangle before my brain caught up to make it blank lol, I found that part really interesting!
also the counting definitely confused me a little bit too, but I still loved it haha. I like when I fall asleep during a section and can come to see more later :)
