I'm almost insensitive to ASMR. Still I watch all your videos, some videos more than once. Your plain beauty, wonderful voice and especially your personal attention makes your channel so attractive. It's comparable to Bob Ross' channel. Many people watched that because of the calming effect, not because of the paintings.
Really? Wikipedia says: "ASMR Autonomous sensory meridian response, sometimes auto sensory meridian response, is a tingling sensation that usually begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine." The calming, sleep inducing effect of Eliza isn't mentioned at all.
Your calm voice is always so relaxing! I loved this combination of light triggers and interactivity with the questions and looking at different things. Keeping my eyes busy always helps me feel sleepy
The light through the eyelids bit was incredibly effective; I haven't seen that used before personally, but I love it! You're so good at innovating new ASMR techniques. :')
I enjoyed this video a lot. I like following instructions. Especially if there is gentle praise afterwards. It's just a simple way to get serotonin and it kind of puts me in a childlike mentality which relaxes me
