I had the same issue! I wad delivered a paper envelope that was obvious that it was empty. Still delivered. Smh
Sad to hear this is a wide spread problem. I still cant decide whether this is a result of laziness, stupidity, employee theft, or all of the above.

Customer service is just often poor in North America, especially compared to anywhere else, especially Asia or Europe. UPS is usually much better than most other delivery services.
