    Good video Gino...With a syndication, instead of selling to give the investors their money back, can't you refinance and take that cash to pay them back? If you have a good business plan for that property with decent cap x and forced appreciation, wouldn't that work too?

      You can, and you can also keep them in the deal going forward. The LPs get their capital back, and then the split of the refi proceeds.
