Has anybody mentioned the volume when listening to the video it is very difficult to hear I don't believe it's my phone because all other videos come out loud and clear I'm having a hard time with this video just to give you a heads up on future videos. Sorry for the comment not trying to bash I was just looking forward to learning a thing or two about the specific sewing machine
Got my machine last night and un-packed it to make sure everything was present and correct. I have listened and watched a ton of blogs and You Tube videos and I must admit I could have saved a heap of time if I had found your site sooner. I fully expected to have to do work on the machine and it has taken all day. My fingers are sore with all the filing and polishing but it didn't help things after stabbing myself with the needle a few times. I got my sister in law to help with the tension settings and she couldn't understand why there weren't any dials on the tensioners. She is used to new-ish electric machines. After using it for about 30 minutes she admitted how well it sewed leather. She has got it running perfect. That will be until I change the thickness of the leather but now I know what to do. I have been hand stitching for 2 years now and I wont miss having all the hammering and hole punching. From now on just a groove line in the leather and off I go. Just one last moan. I paid £150 in the UK from Amazon and got next day delivery. There is some guy on Ebay selling the same machine for £83.00. I have a feeling this could be a scam at that price but we will never know. I am more than happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anybody. Keep up the videos, the are so intuitive.
