Maybe its not thee cv that is wrong. Mine was simple af and got through. It's the content and if you are good enough

Good luck ! Hope it went well for you? I would say try anyways and if it doesn’t work out keep trying for other airlines as all airlines vary in their age requirements. If it’s crew position you want anyway. If not you could go for other career roles in emirates if you wish?

What’s the typical standard for male crew?
Can you be too tall? Also hair, if I finger coil my curls and keep them short (1inch above my ears), is that accepted for men?
As the website states 160cm, I’m sure it’s okay to be ‘too tall’😉 you have to be able to close a hatrack, have to shave your beard, your hair sounds fine to me. As long as it’s gradient and all the same level if that makes sense. For example you can’t have a 0 shave going into long would have to be gradual.

I think I’ll be fine in terms of interviews/assessments, definitely might have to reconsider my hair though. I go for a uniform grade 1 undercut and finger coil the top, so it’s pretty damn neat… Clean shaven beard’s no issue, prefer that. I’ll just have to suck it and see, thanks for the info!

If yes, around how much? And does it differ from an airline to another? Which is the best airline? And would it be worth it becoming a FA?

Yes it is a good salary, the website states the average total pay is AED 10,170 / month
(~USD 2,770, EUR 2,710 or GBP 2,280) * These are approximate numbers for Grade II (Economy Class)
this doesn’t include layover allowances which they add on for your layovers😊 and it is tax free!
Yes all airlines vary, Emirates provide you with free accommodation and transport which other airlines may or may not. I definitely think it’s worth it as you will travel the world😊

also, i'm not sure if this is something you've addressed earlier, but do they give you time to wrap up the notice period at your current workplace before you're asked to head to Dubai? i don't want to quit my job before i get employment confirmation from Emirates, and the notice period where i work is a month
