Wow, the game looks like it has massive potential. Very stoked!
I'll be honest I wasn't a fan of the trailer. Some things make me really really worried in particular. The first thing is the fact that the bear and elephant attack exactly the same way coming out of the bushes. Makes me think that this is some rng phone game like nonsense where there is an x% chance that an animal attack will spawn out of bushes and it's exactly the same every time.
The other thing that worries me is how there seems to be a path outlined in most of this footage, makes me think that we will not be able to just walk around freely everywhere the way we can in CotW. Wouldn't be surprised if the sides in most of this footage are invisible walls.
Both of these issues would absolutely kill this game on arrival for me.

@@citizenmitizen5957 Well I really hope it is. My excitement for the game took a big hit with this trailer so I guess they can surprise me in a good way now.
All of your concerns are pretty baseless tbh. They included the bear and elephant charge in the trailer because they thought people would like it. They are not on a scripted, linear path. Same goes for the open-world. I know, because I've actually seen a lot of the behind-the-scenes for this game.
@@citizenmitizen5957 everything was recorded from in-game content. Somehow I didn't even put attention to the fact they go from right side. I wanted to present the game, that its not so "safe" as people say but I understand your POV.
The game is fully open world. You will be able to walk around the map like in COTW & WOTH. No limitations. Animals can stalk you, stalk other animals and attack when you are not aware of that (ex. crocs while you are swimming).
In terms of paths & roads - we have few types of them in the game.
Definitely has potential

The open sights on big bore rifle looked good , as safari sights are irl . They are made to keep overview over surroundings and quick to focus on target with .
Everything looked good, but when I look through the scope, I want to look through the scope, not look through it a foot back from it. That was the one thing that I didn't like in the vid. The cinematics are amazing.

From what i remember, they're going to have 2 views aiming from scope, the view from a little further away and also a close up view, could probably find it being talked about in one of those weekly updates they used to do back in the day Lol
That's meant to be a quick-scope mechanic of sorts. You will still be able to get a full view through the scope like in COTW, WOTH, pretty much any modern hunting game.
Environments look great and so do the animals, That said the hunter movements, hand graphics, the ADS look absolutely 2005 terrible.

Yes. They also confesses themselves that the dev team is little, and it was hard to handle the game developments. But they have done a great job.

everything you saw is not gameplay not at all.
they hunting inside of a petting zoo? why are all of the animals like 10 feet away? that in itself makes me feel like they are going for an arcade kids game, not an actual hunting experience... I really hope im wrong but this feels like its trying to attract people that dont hunt but just want to shoot animals off of their porch
It's called a game trailer, it's meant to show off stuff in the game. They're not gonna show an animal 300 yards away in a trailer
