I also disagree with where the narrator said that "all water signs have a heightened sense of empathy," because (and I recognize that we are all individuals but) I, as a Scorpio Moon, lack empathy. For people, anyway. I have it for animals. While I do have the capacity to feel things, very deeply and intensely, at that, when it comes to YOUR feelings, I absolutely can make sense of/understand them, purely cognitively, but do I CARE? No. I do not. Not unless it affects me somehow. I want to have the ability to empathize with like, say, 2 people, but that's it. I don't want any more than that. That is for other people, who are comfortable having more empathy than they know what to do with.
People with Scorpio moon do feel deeply but lacks empathy for other people. Scorpio moons are persistent, observant, cynical, judgmental if they have something to say, passionate and do NOT do back and forth bs, is either u in or out, there's no in between.
