In MOA and AOA . After download the pdf subscriber name not show what to do dsc options not show how to attach dsc for subscribers..

Don't worry it's a technical issue at mca site ...all are facing same problem... It will resolve in 1-2 days

U can upload many times don't worry if there is anything wrong portal do not successfully submitted ur form

For Pvt Ltd / OPC - it should be digitally signed with DSC
For sec 8 Company - physical signed
