hey thansk a lot for replying .. i loved the second method and tried it as well works for me.. waiting for the removal video from you... please edit and post it soon... you will be the first one to post removal of the nails stuck with acrylic which is a easy and super method ... waiting waiting....
I cannot thank you enough. I have some damaged toenails and have had to spend a lot of money keeping them up. This video has saved me from having to choose between keeping my feet covered or the more expensive option of continously paying $$ for pedicures. Thank you for showing me that I can have the same look for less 💕
Great video, Sis! You make it easy to understand too. A couple tips for people. Im not a tech, but I've been doing my own nails for over 20 years: When you do method 1 and dip the nail in acrylic, lightly tap the nail to get 9ff excess powder before putting it on your nail. Otherwise, that loose powder could cause adhesion issues if the glue doesn't wet it all, and they'll pop off. Please dont use gel of any kind, including builder gel, to put on pressons unless they are transparent ir translucent on the nail bed where the gel will go, or it won't cure, and you can develop an allergy, contact dermatitis. French styles typically are an example of nails with translucent (semi-see thru) nail beds. If you aren't sure, use regular nail glue. Dashing Diva has a thick gel-like glue thats air dry. I believe it's called Quick Bond. It's in a pink tube. I LOVE it. It's the only air dry glue I've been using. I've seen it on Amazon and on Sally's Beauty website. Just wanted to lookout. Gotta have each other's backs.
Like both options…I’ve used the second one for years and let me tell you they last! I have a job where I constantly wash my hands and they hold up. No pop offs! Thank you great video ❤
This is genius i love how women are really creative in finding methods to save money! I absolutely love it, definitely about to try these methods tomorrow since im going out of town.❤❤❤

Thank you so much ever since Covid. The prices has skyrocketed for nails now you can actually buy acrylic handmade nails and using acrylic to put them on. Is genius literally last for over a month thank you so much for showing me this.
The best video I’ve seen yet. You made it easy to understand and glad you mentioned it takes practice because it’s so easy for us to get discouraged because most people make it seem like it’s just so easy. Thank you
I love both methods, but I've used the first so far. I'm going to try the second one this weekend whilie I have time during the holiday. I can't have my nails done anymore due to a really bad accident and my right hand only has 20% mobility, the drill would cause severe pain. I love this video! Great job, you deserve the subscribe...btw I loved the little hand trying to steal the acrylic lol
Sorry to hear about that. I’m glad to know you’re still doing things on spite of that! Thanks so much for subscribing! You’ll probably see those little hands a lot lol
Thank you sis! I was looking for ideas on how to do this at home and make them last as I am spending far too much at the salon and they don't do a great job despite their high prices! Love and support from the UK ❤️
I dipped my nails in acrylic power and the used nail glue. 😩 It worked to well and I'm trying to figure out how do I remove them .If you have any tips would be appreciated.

I have tried the uv method and for some reason within 24 hours all nails are popping off. I even cured longer thinking maybe the gel wasn’t curing completely. Nope. Not the issue. Definitely going to try the acrylic method! Thank you!
Girl this has changed my nail game and is saving me so much money. I really like the acrylic with nail glue method, a much cleaner result. I tried the acrylic beadl but I did not like how it spreaded. It clumped and hardened behind the nail tip. I may have just used to much though lol. Thanks again!
Ty! Ive had to swap out nails for pedicures. $180 for nails and a Pedi every 2 weeks. Is just Not going to work for me. I have so many press ons. I cant wait to try this! Ty! Again for sharing!❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😮😮😮🎉🎉🎉🎉😅😅😅
I’ll definitely be trying this out on my next set of press on nails. Lol I screamed when I saw that little grabbing hand. 😆 Thank goodness I’m past that stage….now it’s my cat with her tail or paws and fur everywhere. 🫠

Update. This was the worst thing I’ve ever done for the removal process. They would not come off even after trying several methods of removal. I even tried soaking fingers in pure acetone for 20 mins. Brutal. Although it stays, I didn’t want to use an efile for removal. In the end, I had to use it.
Maybe I should've asked this before I tried this with a set of press ons I really love and want to keep😅. I used the first method... will they pop off on their own, like they normally would only lasting longer. Or will I have to dremel them off?? 😬 any advice will help lol. Thanks for this video tho! Great tutorial ♡
Yes it makes it look cheap in my opinion. The stones lose their vibrancy. I try to avoid getting any on them. If I do clean off the jewels before curing them. I use a small art brush & alcohol.
I absolutely love these 1s got them awhile ago gorgeous , ladies CHK out temu nails ,I ordered 20 packs they're all beautiful, sturdy an deff worth the money !!!!!
Okay Miss Thing so I found your video acrylic fake nails I will be trying this out and I will be keeping you updated on how I came out look at me learning something new at😅😊😂 UA-cam University❤
It would look similar to an acrylic encapsulation which is fine. If someone struggles with acrylic like I do I would suggest using a clear builder gel on top & cure it with a led lamp. Bonus* The builder gel can also be used as a method of glue
Most of the time a bite them off regardless of the method if we’re being honest lol but if I’m trying to do it for the health of my natural nails I cut them down & soak them with acrylic. Similar to a regular full set. I have a removal video. It’s a 40 second demonstration ua-cam.com/video/9CVEZYGwqQI/v-deo.htmlsi=9v3A6X54aaa3tykc hopefully that helps. @@chocolatte8301 i haven't had that happen. I've also used polygel and had no issues either. I don't wear them for very long though. For a while I tried to keep a thin over lay on them while doing gel x , but it ended up being twice the work🤪
I followed her instructions to the T, two nails popped off within 3minutes. What am doing wrong? Also I did the bead method with monomer and acrylic powder, same result, popped off. I’m about to give up
They stayed on for the same amount of time except I jammed my nail getting my baby out of the car seat & it became loose. I know it was up there good since it hurt so badly. Usually they pop off with nail glue & you can hardly feel it.
Followed this video step by step, I even had it playing while I did my nails, and used the same brand of glue and everything, I let one hand dry for 45 minutes before doing the other and the nails fell off as soon as I applied the smallest amount of pressure to them
Mmm perhaps try the acrylic liquid & powder method by applying the acrylic bead to the natural nail then placing the fake nail on top. Not too much product so it won’t ooze excessively. Hope this helps! Please let me know ♥️
Please let me know how that works on one of your videos as well because I want to know if it will be thicker and maybe even look 3D I don't know I guess it would depend on what kind of press on you you are going to use to add the acrylic to the top of your nail not just underneath your nail

which one lasts longer in your experience?
They both lasted the same length of time
Does the first method work eith dip powder
I’m unsure.
dip powder is acrylic powder its just finer

Well don’t give up! Maybe try adding a nail dehydrator and using builder gel with a uv light instead. Good luck
You need a primer that’s why. I’m surprised one wasn’t used. You need to dehydrate then prime the nail. Buy an acid free one. Hope this helps 💅

Does using acrylic make the natural nail weak?
Only when I don’t remove them properly. Biting them off vs soaking them with acetone
