having a gymnastics background REALLY helped my tumbling technique when cheering! i miss tumbling sm omg but yes ladies lets get those arms up to set those tucks! they will be a foot higher i promise◡̈

So ready for this season! Girls just just need to point their toes because even if the toe touch isn’t high or is pointed toes will make it look so much better! Also for girls who struggle with toe touches squatting in your jumps will help a lot with height and then ur flexibility is all up to how much you stretch yourself! Everything else is looking good!

I can tell the coaches are firm and not taking any bs this season. Coach Nigel is funny asl but I can tell he gets them right. And coach Lauren is so strict but still loving at the same time. Love thattt
I really feel like this season is going to be the best and with all the coaches being there to help support the girls I feel like it’s gonna be a very much great season!!!!!!

The bases has to be closer together in order for the flyer to go up
The back spots need to go under the bases hands during the basket throw in order for the stunt to have more power.
