i really love this coach in the white warmup. she is really taking her time and ironing out problem areas in small chunks. gotta get the compulsory fundamentals down so you can build upon it. gotta make these simple corrections early on. aside from technique i just want "facials" and "selling it" more. it goes a long way when a judge has to scribble on that pad.

Next season there needs to be a huge change in the level, coaching style and size of the team
I agree and I can see that the new coach is a lot more demanding but they still need lots of work. Best of luck 🤞🏾
Maybe next year cut team numbers down to 15-17 or even 11. Easier to work with a small group and you only need 3-4 stunt groups and you can be more precise instead of trying to watch 24 people which is really hard. I know it doesn’t make sense financially but I think it will look cleaner. I know big teams look good but it’s hard when not everyone can stunt level 3

I love to watch these young ladies practice, I like the way this lady coaches, just like to know where is the other coach ..
They don't even squat when they do their squat jumps. They have smiles on their faces nothing is going to change cuz they don't take the coaches seriously
Right what confused me is how she made them do squat jumps because they were laughing but they continued to laugh while doing them??? It’s disrespectful and if I was the coach I would feel some type of way. There’s absolutely no discipline or accountability for some of these girls and it’s frustrating to watch because that’s one of the things holding them back

I think they are doing a great job but I would make two team and compete small division

the littlest babies on the team they do not need big dips or to be throwing them out the stunt , their arms are little so u have to really guide them down .

This is how they need to keep running it. At the beginning of practice, they need to run it full out and then they can see what sections require some extra attention. Then work on it. At the end of practice they need to run it full out 3 times (try to get it as perfect as possible). There are some improvements but it still looks messy. Looking at these 5 stunt groups, they look like they’re all going on different counts. Honestly the whole routine looks like they’re going on different counts. They need breakdowns. Trying to run the routine all the way through doesn’t work for this team at all. Plus they play and talk too much. That’s why some girls still don’t know what they’re doing and it’s the girls that are always there and on time too. Wooooooow
yess we always run a new skill at least 5 times until we're confident about it, but for this team they love to do it one time and celebrate if they "kinda" get it almost right.

Aright I have to say something before one of these girls gets seriously injured... I have concluded that the coaches have no clue what they're talking about when it comes to stunting. For example at 19:43, the coach made the side base change her correct grip for the wrong grip. The side base when in a one leg prep should always be on the flyers knee cap to prevent them from bending their legs, NOT on top of the foot. in fact the side base should NEVER be on top of the flyers foot when in a one leg stunt. Because all that does is cause the side bases pull the stunt down(especially in an extension). With all that being said, these coaches need to be properly educated on how to teach these kids , because this isn't even the worst thing that I've seen these coaches mis-teach...

I've said this season after season. It's crazy how they put this out there for everyone to see and they haven't had some safety violations. The coaches are not equipped to teach stunting technique and execution and it shows. They are just grabbing the foot and hoping the stunt goes. I think the coaches mean well but are just on a hope and whim and then congratulate the groups when a stunt goes up and stays up somehow with poor technique so the girls think they are doing it correctly. I am seriously shocked someone hasn't broken a bone or worse from what we witness in these practices. The positive of this season is I have seen the coaches try to get the girls to take more accountability for the disrespect that has run rampant in the past seasons and try to have them stay focused. This is great however they are doing them a disservice in teaching them wrongly.
At 19:43, Coach Nicole changed the side bases grip because she was holding the flyer's ankle and that's where the back spot should be holding. Yes it is better for a side base to hold the flyer's knee but it's not incorrect for the side base to hold the top of the flyers foot because they are preventing the flyer's foot from rolling side to side... I was a flyer and a side base so I know

i noticed that Journey (I'm sorry i probably spelled her name wrong) and some other persons havent been present since the christmas video, or maybe the first comp the did. I'm wondering if she and the others have been taken off team Dynasty.
I think they should learn or practice their arms when they jump.. when you jump you swing your arms to the next jump, like their arms be doing whatever when they go into the next jump

The flyers need to get comfortable being in the air and i would love to see the girls tumbling on the right count and show facials. CUC has come a far way and its only up from here.
