Sounds to me like neither plaintiff or defendant should have any animals and need animal control called on them ASAP !
From what I've read, that's what ended up happening, so that's good at least. Poor babies. I hope they found loving homes.
I read on other comments that the defendant had 62 dogs in her care that died. And they took many more from her

They also have to be put to sleep the most because of dangerous behaviour whether that be due to bad owners or just mixed breeding fighter dogs
Yep. Most shelters in the US are overflowing with bully breeds. It's getting hard to find a dog that's NOT a pit or pit mix these days.
And the reason is greedy idiots like the defendant.
Pits & pit mixes are killing so many people (81 people in 2021) that authorities stopped releasing breed info in 2022, although media still gets in on some cases.
Over 90% of fatal attacks on dogs, cats, and horses are by Pits.
With thousands more of them being bred every day...including the Pit XL, which can take down an adult male in 60 seconds, and is already gaining a reputation for easily mauling children to death. And they're being sold as "Family pets! Great with kids!"

Which is weird because they have such adamant defenders yet none of them go to the pound to have their pick of 90% pits or pit mixes.
Instead going to clowns like this woman to buy the dog for 10x as much. 🤪
The bully xl has just been banned in the UK after children and adults were killed by them or suffered life changing injuries, across the last 2 years. They were a relatively new breed having only arrived in the UK in 2015 and it appears they were all related to one bully in the US. They won't destroy the animals but you now have a specific set of conditions to live by if you have one and breeding is strictly banned so they will naturally die out.
I despise backyard breeders.

So they were supposed to split the litter 50/50. But, the Defendant gave away or sold or allowed to be stolen, all but one of them?!? The Defendant owns a puppy mill and the Plaintiff shouldn't start out breeding dogs which are so high risk. The whole thing makes me sad.

Read the comments, case was in 2017, animal control came out in 2022 and seized almost 100 animals. JJ didn’t do a thing and should have back in 2017 . But what do you expect from a TV judge.
@@billmoran3219 Usually they do a permanent ban on the hoarder and follow up with random checks to make sure the person does not start hoarding all over again, and they are fined for it. JJ said she will send animal control. I seriously hope that is true.

The defendant isn’t exactly a great pet owner - she had to forfeit 93 animals in January of 2022
Including 62 dogs. In fact a dog that was boarding there during Christmas 2021 was killed by another dog, while she was away and a friend was looking after the kennels. The owner of the dog went to the authorities.
She should have been banned from animals back in 2017 when this aired

Rule #1 of coloring your hair: If you have longer than chin-length hair, have it professionally done. Especially if you want to dye it an unnatural color. Like those two shades of red, for example. It always looks like crap.
