Bruh the WARMUP is harder than what I can do as a full workout, Simone is insanely strong
right?! Simone is the best!
Would love to see Louis take Simone climbing some time!
This has already been filmed so keep your eyes peeled for the release in the next few weeks!
I'm sure she'll be brilliant at it once she gets the hang of some of the basic techniques. Upper body strength, flexibility and body tension are a lot more time consuming to build up than the more basic techniques and she has all those qualities already. Met a lad who was only bouldering for 6 months (1/2 sessions a week) or so but was already doing some of the harder (in terms of technique) 6b and higher boulders and he has only been doing calisthenics for 3-4 years, so I'm sure she's a couple of level above him haha
And this is why Simone has been training my son since he was 8 years old! He’s now 10 and his confidence and strength has grown so much! Thanks Simone!!
She is one of the best!
Louis absolutely ignoring the concept of taking a break 😂 love the enthusiasm
If it feels like ure being strangled during back lever you need to concentrate on lifting ure chin. U always want to look straight ahead rather than down in any hanging exercises. She does it without realising it's so natural to her! Awesome video!
+ less likely to strain neck/traps with eyes forward
@@Gabrielowns321 True! Especially when you have a giraffe neck like me haha
Nice to see Louis as the student! Great video 👍🏽
That was one of the cleanest triple claps I've ever seen
right?! Simone is amazing!!
and effortless.. she is really quite something.
Simone is badass!! really looking forward to seeing her on the wall, I bet she'll crush it :)
keep an eye on our uploads...
That takes guts! And you have serious skills, Louis! 👍👍👍
thank you very much!
She is a really good teacher 😊
i would try RING calistehnics/gymnastics Louis, would be interesting to see how you fair in that!
thats on our list!
Well done 💪
thank you!
Louis looking like a classic climber: two minutes in and already covered in chalk 😂
I wonder how long it took Louis to do the 360? Very impressive and I love the way he enjoys "being a beginner again". Also MY GOD Simone is so BADASS 🤩
It took a good few attempts! tis a really hard skill but Simone is both badass and an amazing teacher!
he muscled-up into a front lever, he is FAR from a 'beginner' - even if it's 100% carryover strength from climbing
The sound at 14:11 lol 😂 so funny
had to have it in the edit!
in the last one, maybe its because you look back? maybe looking down like she does or even forward would help not getting choked? :D
definitely will try that next time!
I think some of it is the shoulder rounding as well, too much lats not enough lower traps, it's all compressing the lower neck and windpipe
Ruskin park :)
its a great space isnt it!
First! Whew!
top work Justin!
4:50 "very exicing"? "very exercising"????
she seems col
As an advanced calisthenics athlete, this was a bit of an easy workout. Only working on basics, nothing truly advanced or calisthenics specific.
I agree. I wish they did more strength skills rather than the tricking style "look good" skills.
Well those can't be learned in an hour so it wouldn't make as good of content to watch Louis fail a tuck planche for 10 minutes lol
As a normal person, this is all freak of nature shit. What is wrong with you people.
@@phineasg7709 it’s not possible for him to learn a planche or any other advanced movement in one day
@@kf8512 I agree, but the title says "does climbing make you good at calisthenics." I was expecting to see how much climbing gave Louis an advantage in quickly learning calisthenics skills, but they never really explored the limit of Louis' ability, they just did some easy gimmicky stuff.
