I have a feeling that the black ball was an unused, glitched, or corrupted sprite. It could be that somehow, when you corrupted the game file, it caused the ball sprite to glitch out, thus changing its appearance to something that isn't supposed to be in the final game. Weirdly enough, though, this sprite or something like it doesn't appear in any of the Spriter's Resource sheets for Working Dough or Working Dough 2. It might also be Mr. Game and Watch's head that somehow got replaced with the ball. If anyone has any more ideas for what this could have been, I'd love to see your suggestions.

I have a feeling that the black ball was an unused, glitched, or corrupted sprite. It could be that somehow, when you corrupted the game file, it caused the ball sprite to glitch out, thus changing its appearance to something that isn't supposed to be in the final game. Weirdly enough, though, this sprite or something like it doesn't appear in any of the Spriter's Resource sheets for Working Dough or Working Dough 2. It might also be Mr. Game and Watch's head that somehow got replaced with the ball. If anyone has any more ideas for what this could have been, I'd love to see your suggestions.
