The F40 is in the base game. You have to unlock it as it's one of the hidden cars you win that cannot be bought from the car dealership.

@@adi404 Not sure. I'm not that far in the game (currently in a C3 league) so I have not unlocked it myself if possible on PC. I've seen plenty footage online of people using it. It's called the FF4 if you want to look it up yourself.
