Hi there! That Starry Night sock is so gorgeous I found it from Lovecrafts and ordered a cake. I love Malabrigo and haven't seen them cake a yarn before either. I usually by it from Little Knits. A lot of stores are sold out. Thanks for the Heads Up!
I was surprised at the cakes yarn and all the colors are stunning. Everything Alpaca, linked below as of yesterday still had some of all 9 colors (only one Starry Night left). I love getting yarn from Little Knits, they are great. I’ve done more then one learn sock yarn purchase from Opal to Heritage Print from Cascade. They are a great resource

The Starry Night Malibu cake is amazing! explanation point And no I have never seen malabrigo Caked Up already to sell!! I think the color that you picked up to match the starry night is awesome and I think it matches exactly! I have never used Malibu I think it always looks amazing but I do not have the equipment to wind a ball out of a hank so I do not buy Hanks of yarn that's just a knee problem. I still think they are beautiful Hanks of yarn!
I was really surprised Malabrigo had a caked up yarn in these stunning colors. It was hard to choose only one (I’m trying to be good honest 🥰). This Starry Night called to me the most and to have the lovely coordinating color. It was meant to be.

@@anotheryarn I’m surprised that you were able to hold back. I don’t think I could have. There isn’t a yarn store like that around here. The only time I can get yarns like is ordering or wait until September for our fabric gathering. It’s a yarn festival that’s in my area every year.
