Good Evening 😊 I was sent over my Trucking Piper Bob 🤗 I love the corn cob pipes 😍 I find the tobacco flavours are more enhanced in a cob 😂 Awesome Video👌🏽 Have a wonderful weekend 👍🏼 Greetings From South Africa 🇿🇦
I smoke corn cobs daily. Convenient for short smokes outdoors, and some of the best smokers I have - also indoors I enjoy them a lot. My greetings from Hong Kong ;-)
Evening buddy a fellow Yorkshireman, Truckin Piper Bob mentioned you so I’ve shot over to say hello and sub you and best wishes from North Yorkshire 🇬🇧
Great video, will be looking forward to your videos and channel. My first pipe was a cob, I have one in my collection, probably should fire it up soon. Regards Mark
Great video, Andrew! I will always have a cob in my collection. I love the Country Gentlemen cob style best so far. Though the Mark Twain looks great as well. I'm a filter smoker in all my pipes. I have to, or my mouth gets tore up, and I can't smoke for a while. Subbed your channel for more videos. 👍
Morning cobs, nice one I don’t bother with filters mostly bit of balsa good for moisture and I always remove the stem and cut it so you don’t get the burnt wood flavour for months and I line with pipe mortar in the bottom to bring the base level up to the draft hole enjoy the day 😊
Hi there😊 I use filters sometimes and sometimes not depending on how I feel...I also have Brigham pipes with the rock maple distillators and I find those are restricted so I avoid them usually, more time might help and learn how to use them properly🎉 I like the balsa wood filters the most however usually hard to find or sold out for me. I love my cobs, I have four and the Southport Ferryman by MM and CnD is awesome, like a Lovat with a short saddle stem😊 Cheers
@@BrutalEnough Most likely I just never looked into yet...When I seen them last available I bought several pouches of them so Im stocked for now but I have seen other members buy them and cut...works perfectly too

Welcome!!

Thanks for the sub! If filters work for you so you can enjoy this hobby then by all means. Different strokes for different folks.
I've not tried filters yet...like u mentioned, when I did a test draw seemed really restricted... I enjoyed the video 👍
Thanks for watching! I agree, I find filters too restrictive on most pipes, but I haven't tried 9mm filters yet.

Interesting. I find the stem does not bother me. Enjoy brother
Hey Bob! I smoke mine exclusivly with a pipe leave! The cob stays like brand new for years 😉
@@BrutalEnough ah good plan, also good for being out in the woods a cob doesn’t matter if ya lose it or drop it, sounds like a plan 😊

Hey Shawn! Can't you get Balsa wood and cut the filters yourself?

Those cheap tobaccos can be fabulous! 😊😊😊
Agree! Often better than the expensive ones!
@@BrutalEnough many are!
