      Sir yese time main aapko knowledge kaam aata hai, Food safety ka deep knowledge hona chahiye. Jab bhi food poisoning hota hai ya food born illness hota hai kabhi bhi turat nhi hota hai, bacteria or viruses takes time to grouw, from 6hrs. To 72 hrs. Takes time to grow it depends on type of viruses or bacteria

      Yese main kabhi bhi scared nhi hona chahiye balki customer ki pehle relex feel karaiye or unse sawal kijiye. Cross questioning kijiye. Customer bolega doctor ka certificate hai tumhare khane ki vajah se hua tha food poisoning. Yese time pe keep yourself kaam and ask questions like aapko mera food consume karne ke kitne der baad aapko acheing hona start hua sir, usse pehle aapne kya khaya tha, raat ko kya khaya tha, kal dopahar main kya khaya tha taki ye pata chal sake kya pata khi or kuch yesa khaya ho jo ab react kar raha ho. Yese sawal karne se ho sakta hai customer bhadakega usko batayie ki ye aapka hak hai janna kyonki wo aape blane kar raha hai. Or customer ko bataiye ki kabhi food poisoning instant nhi hota hai its take time & temperature to grow bacteria or viruses. Customer ko ye bhi bataiye ki yahi khana aapne us din 80 logo ko khilaya tha abhi tak ek bhi complain nhi aaya hai kahi se. How is it possible you become ill that' why asking what did you eat last time and where.

      Or jab aap itne sare sawal karoge customer se or unko food poisoning ke bare main batayenge, unko ye bhi batayenge ki kal aapne yahi khana 80 customers ko or khilaya tha samajh aa jayega problem kuch or hai.
