Seriously one of the best parts of this series is that Marin realizes she’s in love and doesn’t even try to deny it. She embraces it full on and it’s such a damn breath of fresh air.
I already miss this anime. The characters are just so realistic and genuine, and I appreciate how none of them have personalities that are tropes or memes. I know we can't get a second season yet because there just isn't enough source material, but I hope that we can one day see more of this absolute gem.
The problem is that they should make this a monthly anime not a weekly.. it keeps the quality up just look at dragonball super its animation was weak when u compare it to dragonball heroes just give the animators time to give u this piece of wholesome art

My favourite aspect of Marin is that she knows that she loves Gojo and fully accepts it. So many female characters in anime either don't realize their feelings or deny them to the point where they get mad about it.

Can someone explain the translation at 1:32? Kitagawa refuses Gojo's offer, but the word she uses is something I associated with affirmations, not refusals. I believe the pitch she uses is different as well. I know Japanese is a relatively contextual language, is this one of those times the situational context matters? Hypothetically, if Gojo wanted to (say, in a flirtatious way) could he interpret Kitagawa's response as a "yes" and go make something for her?

I have a feeling a season 2 will come out some day. Biggest problem is that this season covered over half the content.
Season 1 covered chapters 1-39. Currently, there are only 74 (soon to be 75 next week) chapters.
