    Namaste sir, Please post some videos on Advance Forward bend to achieve some asana like urdha-mukha tittibhasana, Supta-tittibhasana, Urdhva-Mukha-Paschimottanasana,Yog-nidrasana,sarghasana e.t.c... Because you have given techniques on each topic like backbending, hip opening, twisting, handbalance etc. You are very helpful and we all keep getting your guidance like this....

    What is the best or right time to do yoga, should our stomach be empty, should we do it after eating something, can it be done after breakfast, how much time should we wait before practicing yoga, and should it be always done at the same time, or we can do it whenever we get time.
