To be honest, Big Bang and BTS are kind of similar. Big Bang's company wasn't even that big when they debuted and they are the one who made YG as big as it is, similar to how BTS made BigHit a bigger company.
Big Bang wasn't really known in the beginning, their popularity rose after their song Lies, just as BTS's popularity rose after their song I Need U.
Both groups have really goofy and fun personalities and they compose and produce most of their songs. Both groups have very talented members, who went through a lot of hardships to be where they are now.
Both groups had to go through scandals, some stupid and some more serious. Both Big Bang and BTS got dissed by other rappers and haters.
However, BTS and Big Bang are one of the few groups that truly make their fans cry at concerts and they appreciate the work of their fans.
BTS may not be as big as Big Bang and nobody denies that Big Bang are the kings. However, I believe that one day BTS will be just as big and then some other smaller group will take after them.
It is the cycle of life and we should be happy BTS is following Big Bang in the steps of a harsh entertainment industry and are rising on the top of all.
VIPs and ARMYs are a family! Love you all!
