EXTERNAL:
Expand to 32 and 25;
Be neutral(for now).
MILITARY:
Since i do not have any enemies close to us yet, i don't need to fund the military a lot and i just need to keep our military up to date;
Although maintain the military decent enough so that it is able to support my expansions and to defend from any agressive tribes;
And speaking of tribes, try to negotiate with them without any bloodshed and integrate them peacefully if they agree to join us, but they can still keep their culture as long as it doesn't bother us.
NAVY:
Start building dockyards, so that i could build more ships and build up my navy, and so that i can maintain a larger navy by being able to repair more ships at the same time;
Build prototypes of submarines and research about them so that i can try to build the final and improvised one;
My submarine prototype will be called "IS-0", and "IS" is short for "Iron Shark", it could go up to 30 meters underwater, could go 14 knots on surface and 6 knots underwater, and it uses a diesel engine.
ECONOMY:
I have a lot of fertile soil, I will make farms on them, and I would also make fertilizers;
Since we will have a lot of farmland and food, we will have a large population;
Make a new currency called the "Protian mark";
I will have a free market economy;
Build good infastructure all over my country, this won't take much effort since my country is small(for now);
Keep the unemployment rate low;
Industrialize my country quickly;
Vaccinate people aganist deadly diseases to avoid early deaths and dangerous outbreaks, also do sewage properly so that we don't have cholera;
Reduce mortality with proper medical equipment and accesible healthcare;
Build more factories to increase production;
Keep corruption and inflation in check.
RESEARCH:
Make education available to everybody, but still have private schools;
Fund part of my GDP into research;
Discover a few minor stuff that would be helpful.
INTERNAL:
Make people's lives not suck;
Make basic healthcare accesible to everybody.
