Figured out. If it's already set to Fahrenheit in settings and weather settings; go to gallery select the watch face you're currently using. Go to settings on that watch face and it'll say use Fahrenheit, toggle that switch

They changed the app and the only place I found to change degrees to farenheight, I did it and my weather is still reading Celsius. The app doesn't look like this with my Google account linked 😢
