I just installed this unit and my climate control does not work when done through the tablet. The secondary screen, the middle on, is also VERY dim.
I'm thinking of getting this unit for my daughter's 05TL, the stock Navigation is outdated, and I'm not a fan of the other double din head units placements, since it sits underneath the stock unit.

You using a aftermarket amp and Sub, because i am and i cant get the amp power on for the life of me

No it’ll come with the harness and just check every once in a while they’ll give you discount!

Hi, is you outside temp. Sensor showing correct reading after installing this unit because mine shows only 32.C in instrument cluster.
How are you doing? I’m just curious on how long you had this radio. I got a 06 TL myself. Fell in love with the radio the first time I saw it. But I’ve just been hearing so many bad things about it. One of my friends have bought one for his Ford Explorer. He end up taking it out a month later because it was just given him so many problems. It’s pretty much like you get what you pay for. But don’t get me wrong I love the set up.
Been having it for a month and no problem so far
we are always update the firmware and hardware,now no any issues

How to you bypass the original passcode ?
Why disconnect the heated seats?
Cause you won’t be able to pull the shifter cover out of the way. You can just pop it out and leave it connected but it’ll get in your way

Does the trim along the sides clip back in place at the top?
No but there’s a fix online. I didn’t care for it
Can the bottom key button lights on this unit be changed to Red instead of Blue?

No SIM card just hotspot
Does your silver trim not click in all the way at the top? When I Installed mine it didn’t fit properly and I can not control my AC stuff

There’s a tab up in the top right corner with the two square tab that and it’ll let you select the split screen

I just got this and the orange lights for the climate control dont light up anymore and my “temperature” is stuck on “low”. Do you know how to fix this?

@@hdua6772 I did, seller asked for my year and model (2004 base) and the one i received is identical to yours (ive noticed in other videos the user interface can vary slightly)

“Chehui” on amazon, i reached out and english doesnt seem to be their forte, they simply sent a wiring “diagram”, all my stuff seems to be plugged in correctly

I am having issue with the climate control only one and off but does display changes
@@BigFaReal I need more info. But I assume you’re talking about the upper display? Make sure it’s plugged in properly and did you buy it from navitech?
@@hdua6772 I did purchase it from Navitech, the upper display backlight comes on but nothing is displayed and the display on the unit itself just displays low you can hear the fan speed changing but still displays low
Contact Navitech and let them know about your issues. I didn’t have that issues

04-06 don’t have aux so I wouldn’t know. But I’m sure it work
