Mitha Maka Pakudi Recipe | Sweet Corn Fritters | Corn Pakoda Recipe by Mrunalinee : Fritters ( Pakoda / Pakudi ) are deep fried Snacks . Which has many variants in vegetables, paneer, mushroom, soya chunks, meat etc. But, here we will prepare a very delicious Monsoon special super crunchy Sweet Corn Pakoda ( Corn Pakoda / Mitha maka Pakudi ) . Along with that a spicy, chatpata red powder . Which goes great especially with this Corn Pakoda / Sweet Corn Fritters ( Lonavala Style Corn Pakoda ) . Enjoy these super crispy Sweet corn pakodas immediately after taking out from hot oil with this spicy powder / Chura or serve the Pakodas hot with Tomato ketchup , with a cup of Tea . Enjoy Monsoon :) Or Enjoy these crispy delicious Pakodas at any days as evening Snack ....
Ingredients :
1. Sweet Corn ( whole - 3 ) or Sweet Corn Kernels ( Mitha Maka Manji ) - 2 bowl
2. Gram flour ( Besan ) - 5 tbsp ( or as required )
3. Rice Flour ( Arua Chaula Gunda ) - 3 tbsp approx. ( or as required )
4. Crushed ( Ginger - 2 inch + Green Chilli - 2 pcs )
5. Chopped fresh Curry leaves
6. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
7. Kashmiri Red Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
8. Salt to taste
9. Oil to deep fry .
For making Spicy Pakoda Powder ( Chura / Gunda ) :
1. Besan - 1 bowl
2. Kashmiri Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
3. Chaat masala - 1/4 tbsp
4. Garam masala - 1/4 tbsp
5. Garlic ( Rasuna ) - ( 6 - 7 cloves )
6. Salt to taste
7. Oil to deep fry .
