- Day 3 Kildeer, Illinois junk removal finished the whole house
Today we cleared out the entire basement at this Kildeer, Illinois 4 bedroom luxury house. The house is now ready to be put on the market. We cleared the entire house out in 3-50 yard truck loads. We donated 20 cubic yards of furniture and a piano to my movers. It would have taken 15 truck loads from our small truck competitors to empty this house. The customer did her research and chose wisely.

Thank you for watching my video on Day 3 Kildeer, Illinois junk removal finished the whole house
Great video 📹
Thank you Mr. Blackhawk!
Friends of mine just did a huge cleanout of their Lake Forest home - 5 bedrooms, 7,200 square feet. The place is massive and beautiful. It was loaded with stuff!
Well I hope they didn't get stuck and out of luck because they hired a small truck.
@@ExtremeCleanoutSolutions I don’t know who they used, but they were pleased with the job. I only found out about this because they messaged me to see if I wanted a couple of items from the cleanout. But, apparently the company ran three trucks, one for resale items, one of donation items and one to haul items to the dump. They wanted as little as possible going to the landfill and they were selling items and donating the procedes.
@@playtimeisdone8490 Interesting it sounds like a fun job! We have loaded Salvation Army trucks and other charities trucks if the customer has them on site. One problem with donations is sometimes the place will reject part or all of the load and then you would be stuck with junk that you have to pay to dump even after you paid movers to load it! We prefer to let the charity take what they want while we are doing the cleanout and then we don't have any surprises.
@@ExtremeCleanoutSolutions Apparently, they had all of that worked out before hamd and the charities were prepared for what was coming. They were passionate and adamant about keeping their contribution to the landfill as small as possible (the wife has taught environment gal science and ecology classes).
But, not nearly as fun as watching your crew smash up some classics, Paul!!!
That was a 3 week “Got Junk” job!
LOL Yea she would would have been stuck and out of luck with that got junk small truck!
Seeing you trash some of this stuff breaks my heart
Well everything has a shelf life. These things had value for the previous homeowner but now someone else will move in to the house
@@groggboy My friends had a recent cleanout of their north Chicago home and employed a company that repurposed virtually everything they no longer wanted or needed. All of these items are sold or being resold (not sure if it is by the removal company or a third party company) and the money raised from these sales is being donated to nearby Lake Forest College. So, my friends get things cleaned out AND they get a tax deduction from this sale and donation of repurposed goods. …and they are extremely happy that they aren’t sending everything to a landfill.
