So u can pour your own midsoles, kinda hard to do any other way, they used a regular shoe to demonstrate the mold. But if you were designing your own in a cad-like program you could 3D print the midsole and follow this videos instructions as to make a manufacturing mold:)

I understand everything going on at first glance but when I looked up I too was confused because they only showed the final product for a split second at the end!
