I learned from both my grand mothers. they were wonderful. I think my love for the kitchen is in my blood. I have always fed people and nothing makes me happier than full bellies and smiling faces. I absolutely love, love to cook and bake and of course by looking you can see I also love to eat. lol

Oh man, I've been hungry for cookies, and you, Renea, are not making it any easier to resist them. I love big, soft cookies, so I'm going to have to try making them with a scoop like you do. My family doesn't like a lot of chocolate chips in their cookies, so I'd use only about half as much as you did. I think this stems from when my grandma was trying to be conservative, and only used half as much as called for. That's what I got used to eating, so that's why I've always done cc cookies the same way, and now that's what my kids are used to.
Maybe if you were to package some of the frozen cookie dough balls with instructions for baking and put those in your freezer in the market stand they would sell well, too. I think others might like to bake on an as needed basis, too!

I make granola too! I used to make it for a health food store and now make it for my husband and kids and grandkids! Maybe I should make it too. I LOVE the bowl!!

Since you added oil to the granola, I would guess it doesn’t have much of a shelf life for the homemaker, not a market stand where it would sell fast. I love your videos.
Peanut butter cookies have always been my favorite cookies. I noticed you put corn starch in chocolate chip cookies but not peanut butter cookies. I'm fairly new to your channel so i guess I've missed a few things but would you please explain the difference. Love your channel. And so far all your recipes that I've tried. Especially the cinnamon rolls!

When you bake the peanut butter cookies from frozen, I assume you don’t flatten them…or do you? I always use a fork dipped in sugar to flatten my pb cookies. Thanks for sharing your recipes!
I don't flatten them and they spread on their own.

If you pop that jar of peanut butter in the microwave for a few seconds, all the peanut butter will run out. Just watch the time.

but prefer the 'Chewy' ones.

Thats how i do my cookies too. Only my hubby eats them as i don't eat sugar. Ill grab 4 at a time, bake them up, and he always has fresh cookies. 😊

The granola? It will cook at 300° for about 45 minutes and mixing every 10-15 minutes.

I am so sorry. I baked the granola at 300° for 45 minutes and mixed it around every 10-15 minutes. It will get nice and golden brown.

Good recipes today. Looking forward to making them myself. Your measuring stick inside your kitchen door for your grandchildren reminds me that we used one for our 3 kids and all of our 10 grandkids and some of their children. Along the way we had a fire and lost nearly everything in our house. The first thing the kids and grands asked about was the measuring stick. Did it survive? Yes it did and to this day it resides in our kitchen to remind everyone how tall we were once-upon-a-time.

I needed to watch a good baking video. Im trying to get back into baking. I used to love baking and was quite proficient, if i do say so myself. I got diagnised with celiac disease and have to be gluten free. With regular baking i could do it by feel almost. GF baking is a whole different level of chemistry. Finally found a good group that helps me alot with figuring it out and starting to love it again. Finally starting baking all my own bread again and its phenomenal! I kay hve to binge some of you baking videos to get the bug going more!
