How does the motorized tobacco winding machine work? How to turn the tobacco filter chamber? How to fill the tobacco filter?
This is a tobacco rolling design that I designed while smoking years ago, but I couldn't make it. Now that I don't smoke anymore, I don't need to build a tobacco roller. I'm glad I don't need to use it anymore. If you still need it, I will share with you the 3D design and working animation of the tobacco wrapping machine. It is a fully automatic design with single motor and without cylinder. There is no other instance. (with Google Translate)

Hi, The torque to be produced varies according to the reducer to be used. I think that 030 body 0.18 kW electric motor will be enough for this design, but it's hard to know without trying. The entire system is interconnected. The faster the engine spins, the faster the system will run. You can do it via electronic control. In addition, the materials of the upper part are delrin (pom). Merhaba Ümit, güzel yorumun için teşekkür ederim. Bu tasarım daha önce dünyanın hiç bir yerinde yapılmadı. Durum böyle olduğu için yapmak istediğimizde imalat aşamasında mutlaka deneme yanılma olacaktır. Bu sebeple ben imalatını yapmayı denemedim. Ancak bu tasarımının çöpe girmesini de istemem. Çünkü piyasada ki makinelerde 20000tl 250000tl konuşuluyor. Bu tasarım çok daha ucuza gelecektir.

Benzerlerini gördüm ama benimki gibi tek motorlu bir tasarımın yapıldığına hiç denk gelmedim henüz. Sizin gibi bir kaç kişi yapıldığını ve hatta çok çok iyi rakamlara satıldığını söyledi.
