terrible diving instructor ....this guy starts to enter the water falling backwards from the 7 meter platform...and this coach marches him up to the 10 meter platform.....
I can proudly say I've jumped off a high dive one time in my life. I went forward too much and pancaked onto my stomach and chest. It knocked all of the wind out of me, and I hurt pretty bad for a few days. I marked it off my bucket list, and I'm happy to never do it again.
crazyriders83 Yep..in my case it was 10m (around 33 feet) diving platform in a public pool. I guess if another guy didnt reacted that fast i might have drowned..couldnt breath and was disoriented...and my back..worse then the worst sunburn.
When I was about 8 years old I took a bet to jump from the 10 m tower. It looked so much higher up there from the platform, but I had to jump because people were watching. My feet hurt so bad from the impact on the water and worst of all the guy that was supposed to pay me was gone.
I did an arse flop my first year of guarding at our outdoor pool. 10m platform. Except my legs were competently straight as they hit the water. I bruised my tailbone and inner knee through but on both legs. i could barely sit for about 3 weeks.
Actually with every level he went up he began to bend his knees slightly landing more and more on his butt. His butt was already feeling a little pain from the jump prior. Look closely and you can see the progression. The bruises are hilarious. He has a great sense of humor to post this.
The energy between water molecules is so strong, it was shatter all your bones if you jump from a very high distance. That's why a lot of divers that dive from really high distances often go into the water fist first, in order to not break any bone in their hands.
Adding on to my last comment, when I was about 10 or 11 I jumped from three meters, I thought it would be cute to jump in a star shape, arms and legs completely spread... I think you get the point. OUCH.
Well done! I am sorry for the pain and bruises you suffered, yet commend you for sharing the very real effects water can have on a body from such heights. And thank you good humor without vulgarity!
I know of one fella who did this here in Stockholm about ten years ago and his stomach burst open in the middle like a zipper. He survived but... pretty disgusting.
Fred Wells I don't know if you know this but people also *drown* in swimming pools yet they're still allowed. Like I said his belly opened like a zipper, not in violent explosion of gore and death. He was stitched up just fine!
I am very sure that this video is only suggested to the "We have no clue what to suggest you anymore" category of users and I am proud to say that I am one of them.
If that were myself on that last dive, before I jumped I would have asked 'does the pool have that chemical in it that turns your piss purple'? I don't care about the bruises, I don't care about the pain, hell, I don't even care if I died. I just don't want the world knowing I pissed myself in the process.Big ups, dude, that took balls, I'd have been shaking like a shitting dog standing all the way up there.
Every summer we would go to the old quarries in the woods. That was over 50 feet (15 meters) pretty scary the first time, but the climb up was worse by far. My first time i ran and jumped off, my arms flailing in the air, about half way down i realized i was going way to fast and tucked my arms in. Even my little sister jumped. 10 meters is nothing.
mrcecil6003 Nah mate what Micko said is completely wrong. The forces of impact are none whatsoever when compared to the forces of your bones growing. physical training can stunt your growth, but only if you were lifting something like 1,5x your bodyweight multiple times a day. what he mixed up here is cause and effect. Good divers aren't short because of diving, rather short divers have a natural advantage, because they can rotate quicker and need less force to do the same movements, and are therefore more common in the elite class than tall divers. The same is true for gymnastics: Gymnastics doesn't make you short, being short merely gives you an advantage. Hope this makes sense.
seriously. thank you for sharing this video about diving... i took a 8 meter plunge into a cenote in mexico and highly regretted the outcome of my bum wipeout!! the trainer is right... my bum, legs and knees are killing me!! ugh!
I always found it astonishing how people can't figure out how to jump off something of that height where they can keep their body upright and land on their feet. It's seriously the easiest thing in the world and people who find it complicated, overthink it, and end up like this lad.
No need to be insulting your fellow hillbillies. And it is not a "maybe", Google it, it is a fact, not a folklore. Of course you may have a difficult time using Google because of your reduced brain capacity due to a lack of meat.
Steve McIntosh dear hillbilly , i m a phd ..so my "meatless" brain is quite intact but ur brain must be full of cholesterol (refer dictionary) that it refuses to work..now ur meaty time is over ...keep believing in ur idiocy ...dont ever say that in public or they will laugh at ur crude meaty ass
Thanks for botching it up, I used to think doing a jack-knife or can-opener would be fun of the 10, not anymore. Thanks for getting hurt so I didn't have to
+Trix Time because the mass wants to balance on it's heaviest part and that is the top half of the body I don't think anyone high goes in feet first. They rotate and go head first. It would be easier to go in w/ weights on the feet that break off upon contact w/ the water for stabilization.
If you knew anything about swimming, you'd know that shorts are the most un-hydrodynamic piece of swimwear. Thats why people who swim in shorts drown sometimes and people who wear a speedo rarely drown from clothing related causes.
***** And if you had any common sense you would realize how facepalm your comment was. Swimshorts - designed for being in the water! Who would've known. the genius waited until the 10m before he took them off. as if he wanted to get those nasty bruises.
Not anywhere as painful as having to sit through a video that lasts 4 minutes in order to see a jump that lasts 2 seconds and it's bullshit at its best. *Jump is @**2:52**. You're welcome.*
Im here after watching those athletes doing 10 meters diving in Olympics 2021 The bruises are so bad, and it’s completely how amazing every athlete is!!
jesus i wasn't expecting that bruise to be so intense but i WAS so wrong..
i found my fandom on possibly the most unrelated video ever
Exactly what I was thinking before I read your comment...............OUCH!!!!😬

terrible diving instructor ....this guy starts to enter the water falling backwards from the 7 meter platform...and this coach marches him up to the 10 meter platform.....
you're right, he should've picked up on that
Exactly
It's all for show
And that is Tom Daley world record holder

VeteranCape why would u wanna see that
Wow. I got scared just looking down at the pool. And I'm not even there.
This takes 'Try not to cringe' to the next level.
+Crypt Fx I cringed
***** I cringed xD
I got excited I wanna jump but I would probably get hurt XD
Yeah I got light headed on the 7 metre one but I jumped off a 5 metre one a ton of times and its really fun.. wtf?

Do it agin INA dive formation k
You win the NASCAR championship this year and I'll dive off that thing.
Ouch..had the same but landed on my back
Sizzlik
Damn that would hurt bad too. I think anything over 20 feet is asking for pain.
crazyriders83 Yep..in my case it was 10m (around 33 feet) diving platform in a public pool. I guess if another guy didnt reacted that fast i might have drowned..couldnt breath and was disoriented...and my back..worse then the worst sunburn.
3:55 "I'm actually struggling to sit down or live my life in any meaningful sense." xD haha
For people who are impatient like me, the time when he jumps is 2:53

I thought the title is bullshit and over exaggerating but oh boy was I wrong.....
+Resan Chea I was thinking this is going to be clickbate
ikr i thought the same thing
When I was about 8 years old I took a bet to jump from the 10 m tower. It looked so much higher up there from the platform, but I had to jump because people were watching. My feet hurt so bad from the impact on the water and worst of all the guy that was supposed to pay me was gone.
Damn...and the Olympic divers make it look so easy. That bruise is insane!!!!
I've seen quite a few belly flops in my time but that's the first time I've ever seen somebody do an arseflop
lol XD
I did an arse flop my first year of guarding at our outdoor pool. 10m platform. Except my legs were competently straight as they hit the water. I bruised my tailbone and inner knee through but on both legs. i could barely sit for about 3 weeks.
My dad jumped off of a crane into a lake at 25 Meters and he ass flopped and he had a bruise on his ass for over a week.
happened to my step mum while we were diving off waterfalls in the dominican
It sounded like something broke
Having done some painful flops like that in my time. I can safely say it hurts WAY WAY worst than it looks.
THATS THE WORST BRUISE IVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE
Amen
Same here. Ouch
+cindy garcia haha. You should check out Nitro Circus
+cindy garcia Stay on UA-cam. It's only a matter of time before you see something worse.
+cindy garcia You haven't seen shit
2:47 dramatic music while a brit holds his arse. Will he jump? Thrilling.
Admiralty86 HAHA. He could sense what was coming.
He should be on the phillipino diving team
Spot on 😂
It's.... Filipino
lol my mum is from there
you should be on the american spelling team. an english speaking native who can't spell shit
I'm Filipino and I'm lol-ing so hard.
After getting bruises like that, I had no choice but to like this video, otherwise the pain would have been meaningless.
Finally a video that shows how painful diving can be!
its not always that painful. im a diver myself
@@xSasqke oh yes I know! I'm a diver too. I'm just glad people can finally see how much it hurts if it does go wrong haha!
I love how he kept his arms straight the entire fall while his legs were freaking out!!
LOL true
I love the fact that this guy still smiles even when showing the camera his bruise LOL
Actually with every level he went up he began to bend his knees slightly landing more and more on his butt. His butt was already feeling a little pain from the jump prior. Look closely and you can see the progression. The bruises are hilarious. He has a great sense of humor to post this.
oh damn, glad he is alright, diving that high no joke.
Wow - those bruise marks on his legs - that's insane. I never realized you can get that sort of injury from diving. Well, that's put me off it!
Its hard to first realise that water IS NOT a soft element, landing like that is almost similar to Asphalt
giggopoo2 today I jumped a very high one like 7 meters the water slaps me so hurting
The energy between water molecules is so strong, it was shatter all your bones if you jump from a very high distance. That's why a lot of divers that dive from really high distances often go into the water fist first, in order to not break any bone in their hands.

Thank you, so are you
Peter Schön
No my sir, I'm autistic.
L I'm following you on ask.fm😂
When he was under water, he was screaming, “ARG!!!!!! UGH!!! RAWRL!!!!!”
Fred Wells if someone hits the water hard enough on there butt it is possible for water to shoot up there large intestine and burst there stomach open
***** not friction i believe? tension?
i mean gravity+water surface tension
thats not even possible from 10m
The real question is why UA-cam is recommending me years old videos now
yeah ikr
I have actually never seen a simple jump screwed up that badly.
This is why I hate heights.
He basically had his bum land on concrete.
Patrick Star err is this the krusty crab
***** ok mr smart pants do this one
can i have your ball for a small fortune. what small fortune?
I hate dives to also I am bad at them i tryed to dive(not pencil dive)into the pool 1cm and I belly flopped
First time I dived I did it way wrong and ended up twirling underwater and inhaling water.
I am very sure that this video is only suggested to the "We have no clue what to suggest you anymore" category of users and I am proud to say that I am one of them.
When I jumped of a diving board that high, I had my hands out and they slapped the water. No real injury. But you WOW. I am glad it was only my hands.
imagine a belly flop lol.
FutureScopeX OUCH!!!! that makes me hurt just thinking about it!!!
Man I didn't think the bruises would be that bad
Ouch! Not sure that I could have left the platform. Facing your fears - well done sir!
2:50
Thank you.
YES THANK YOU
tnks
+Matt Silvey Whats so special about 2:50?
+AnglOsAxOn2 HAHAHAH
How did that guy get a job as a diving trainer? I thought hobbits weren't good with water.
Touche
Touche
Oh yeah, let's criticize people for things they have no control of! You are awesome, buddy.
I would've been shaking like a dog trying to shit out a peach pit.
Whether it would turn purple or not, there'd definitely be a brown section cordoned off.
I'd have been shitting like a shaking dog!

thats like 5 more meters.......
george mathews no its about 15.24 he was right you were way off
It' s 10 meters, a standard in diving.
I couldn't even do the five meter...
You need to grow a pair
Josh Sutton lol yeah, overcoming my fear of heights is an item on my bucket list.
Josh Sutton Hell no. xD
Fuck that I couldn't do 3 meters
+Shkillz500 I can do only 20 cm??!!
That is now OFF my bucket list.
the instructer didnt spot that when he was divkng on the lower boards he was leaning back and kind of sitting.
+firey greenwhatevers noticed that too. He had no tension in his legs
wow and i jumped from 12 meter cliffs into the water when i was a kid.. i didn't know you could get this big bruises.. but it was fun tho..
Yea man if you land in water the wrong way it will be like running into a concrete wall
+Andy Torrez Halloween town
AyeItz Boh Halloween town? I remember the movie but what are you talking about specifically
And you guys think it's fun to cliff dive
is he super tall or is that other guy really short ?
I think he became a man, a tall man, when he jumped off the 7 meter
ramsey parker Divers are always really short because the impact from all the jumping compacts their bodies :)
***** Really? That's crazy! Wow, you learn something every day! Thanks
A bit of both lol
mrcecil6003 Nah mate what Micko said is completely wrong. i love comments.
i love replying i love comments i love comments comments comments

seriously. thank you for sharing this video about diving... i took a 8 meter plunge into a cenote in mexico and highly regretted the outcome of my bum wipeout!! the trainer is right... my bum, legs and knees are killing me!! ugh!
Should've told him to keep his toes pointed, would've helped keep him in position
It's like landing on cement
This happened to my friend and I was trying to show someone the bruising. Thanks for sharing!
Even a little bit of exercise increases your coordination a lot.
That looks like someone ate a bunch of blue jelly beans and then threw up on his legs...
+Micah Nightwolf Yknow, we cannot confirm that that wasn't what actually happened
Fuck you
+Squidward 'Da fuck Nigga?
The literal build up makes it so much better
never pike up from the top. you stabilize with your arms and legs spread and your way down, and pike up right before you hit
The coach was dead on with the bruise area the next day...
This is why landing in an ocean after jumping out of a plane is fatal. At that speed, it's about the same as hitting a concrete wall.
I always found it astonishing how people can't figure out how to jump off something of that height where they can keep their body upright and land on their feet. It's seriously the easiest thing in the world and people who find it complicated, overthink it, and end up like this lad.
my thoughts i jumped off quite a few cliffs and never struggled
'I jumped off a few cliffs and never struggled'
Something you want to talk about bud?
People get scared and when humans are scared, they naturally put themselves into fetal position, hence bending of the legs.
Pause at 4:08, the bear next to his right ear is laughing his ass off...XD
Lol!
Those bruises looked BRUTAL, man!
This guy needs to eat more meat for sure. Some people just bruise way too easy.
what it hs to do with meat ..u meathead
People who do not eat meat tend to bruise easily, it's a well known fact. ..
Steve McIntosh huh ...may be some hillbilly fact. people who eat meat tend to hv more hear attack..and its not a hillbilly fact
No need to be insulting your fellow hillbillies. And it is not a "maybe", Google it, it is a fact, not a folklore. Of course you may have a difficult time using Google because of your reduced brain capacity due to a lack of meat.

Most people didn't watch to the end. Sitting there commenting bullshit when they don't even know how bad the injury actually was.
you wouldn't catch me up there 😲 10 out of 10 for having the balls to do it. 👍
2:52. Your welcome. Also, video sucks, don't watch it. You're welcome again.
thank you
The word is "you're", idiot.
+Twilight Sparkle who cares about spelling? if you cant process the message without proper spelling then you are the idiot.
Yea like I came for the fail not the damn documentary.
Twilight Sparkle
You sound like a very angry person. Cheer up buddy. Also Twilight sucked.
Are we all just gonna ignore how short the instructor is
I couldn't even look at the damn screen when you stood at the edge of the highest point! My tummy went nuts! And so are you!
check out on the roofs videos then.
What the actual Fuck is tummy
Another word for stomach.
Its Static tummy is an antiacid.
+commenter78 no tums is an antiacid, tummy is stomach
OMG that bruise is BIG!!!!!!!!
what you see here kids, is a man who has never exercised or partaken in any athletic activities whatsoever.
yikes you know that was painful and the host kept smiling what a showman
"It really hurt my ass" 😂😂
2:54 is the bit you came here to see.
Thanks for botching it up, I used to think doing a jack-knife or can-opener would be fun of the 10, not anymore. Thanks for getting hurt so I didn't have to
There is nothing I like more than hot guys in speedos
+RoddandTodd flanders Nothing to see here then.
The joke ===============>
Your head -> (o_O)
+Sadistic Unicorn What exactly are you trying to say?
Rodderick Todd That the joke went right over your head
Ok. I don't catch on as quick
how can this have almost 3.5 mil views lol
+Zlatan Ibrahimovic I don't know what all this talk about Star Children and Indigo Children is all about. The world is mostly populated with idiots.
just look at his legs at the end like damn this deserves more than 3m
It must have been so hard not to start cussing when he came back to the surface. All those kids clapping and laughing. He's totally holding it back.
That happened to me once in a 8 meter and I couldn't walk for a week
If u couldn't walk, how did you get out of the water?
+Leon Liang the bruise and the pain really kicks in 1-2 days after the dive. His adrenaline most likely took away all the pain when he hit the water.
+Leon Liang the thing about water is that people tend to swim in it, not walk.
+bwfc1000 yeah but if you're swimming you're technically just walking sideways
+Trix Time because the mass wants to balance on it's heaviest part and that is the top half of the body
I don't think anyone high goes in feet first. They rotate and go head first.
It would be easier to go in w/ weights on the feet that break off upon contact w/ the water for stabilization.
Classic.. I dont understand why he took of the shorts. Extra protection for the balls.
The shorts run up and give you a blood drawing wregie
Im scared of heights so I have mad respect for all who do this. My dad had to do this in the naval academy.
that looks so painful
I began to think it was complete click bait but then fuck me 😂 ouch
"I am struggling to live my life in any meaningful sense"
you and me both buddy. you and me both.
What if he did the belly flop?
+The Poking Guy Yeah! xD
Not anywhere as painful as having to sit through a video that lasts 4 minutes in order to see a jump that lasts 2 seconds and it's bullshit at its best. *Jump is @**2:52**. You're welcome.*
no thank you.
we sure don't want to waste your important time.
Well, then make the video shorter.
John Wilkinson Your time obviously isn't THAT important when your sitting here on youtube watching a guy jump into a pool.
I'm pretty sure the jump was more painful, how about you go to a pool that has a 10m diving board and try it yourself
Ouch
Skip to 2:51 to see what you came here for
Im here after watching those athletes doing 10 meters diving in Olympics 2021
The bruises are so bad, and it’s completely how amazing every athlete is!!
Lol, we were all expecting Tom Dailey
OMG LOL
Daley and yeaXD
I bellyflopped off the 7 metre😂😰😫
ah SHIT!!
No, I'm a girl..😹✋ *****
#relatable because balls fly to the back of the pool anyways 😂
Kyla Law No you're not.
Wow! I did not expect that level of bruising! Imagine doing a belly flop...
WATER CAN DO THAT?!
it's like concrete if you land flat from high distances. It can break your bones.
megaplaywknd WHAT?! That's...
you can die just as easily from water as any solid if you land on it fast enough
Jake Lundell W-what?! Oh... I feel... I feel sick... I always thought it just hurt... But DEATH... That's alot to take in...
Courtney Bayliss i feel like you're fucking with me lol
:O
The girl's look @3:31
The coach said, "he'll feel that in the morning." True but he'll be feeling it now as well lol.
Is dat Tom Dayley
Anna Sinclair lol he was 👌
That was pretty pathetic to be honest. I mean, how hard is it to jump straight and land on your feet
Well, you can head to a 10m jump platform to find out ;)
I have. It was rather easy lmao
Obviously very difficult for him.
Well if you jump wrong you can land wrong...
+ThePesmergia yeah he definitely kept his shoulders back and now I see why that was the wrong thing to do.
Strong man. Never stopped smiling.
why the hell did he try to sit on the water
+Micheal Winston same.
Is he disabled?
Why do I keep coming back to this? 😂😂😂
That bruise is awful
why let him do it,? he looks like hes gonna fuck it up
