I agree bc she has that raspy voice, if you listen to their song Hey Hey Hey on the 3D album, you can here her close to full voice potential on her vocals towards the end of the song. I had never heard her singing in full voice before that.

The one thing I love about this song is that my first thought when I heard the music track for the song was 'this really is a TLC song'. The beat just reminded of their old music and it just made me so happy that even though its been years, they can still release music and not lose their sound
