His brother didn't appear to have an issue with others but Thomas snr has a number of not very nice claims made about him and his behaviour both from his ex wife and his grandchildren - the ones he refuses to have any contact with and who he basically threw away as allegedly only one was of any use to him (not my claim, made by other family members who are rather bitter it seems).

In my workplace, we are controlled by a bully, however, most of the staff are henchmen and women of the bully and no body speaks up. The diversity here is such that there is no unity and sense of belonging among the staff. It's very unfortunate.

As far as I am aware, it is not legal to release a confidential report conducted within a company. The main reason is to protect the people involved.
Employment LAW does not allow an employer to release such information. However, an employee CAN talk about workplace harassment and bullying regardless of an NDA. This applies to both the US and England.
Of course she is a bully. Not only do we (not) have the independent investigation reports, we have numerous videos and examples of this behavior directed toward anyone who the "feminist" comes in to contact, especially the women she will never measure up to.
Legally the report cannot be published…however the people involved could come forward

I can only go by my own employees' handbook , there is a code of confidentiality to protect employee , anyone of those claiming they were bullied comes forward will be hounded by the press, as will family and friends , as an employer the palace has a duty to protect the employee , if those who claim to be bullied come forward they cannot blame the palace , it needs to stay where it is in the archives , if my employer broke my confidentiality by releasing private information I had given them I'm off to the industrial tribunal ,

If they did they would have never signed a confidential document.
They could release the report and list Meme's victims as bullied employee 1, bullied employee 2, etc... to protect them from Meme's online hit squad, who are some of the vilest human beings on the planet. I doubt Meme would be able to identify them, because to her learning the names of the "peasant servants" would've been beneath her.

Workplace relations laws cover the confidentiality of the staff.

With regards to the bullying video and the bullying statement i can tell you that the RF cannot legally release any information given to them during those staff interviews. It is due to employee confidentiality and i have an Employment Law background and qualification do I can say this with 100% certainty. If they were to release those private conversations without permission from those involved they would be opening themselves up to all sorts of litigation Tracy B 🇬🇧

It’s really too bad Markle used the race card when she got her hooks into Harry.
