Dear bro n sis... Please beware of the scammer who ask donations out of sudden. Mostly they are not local n run by a syndicate. Local run donation staff will certified by our government in selected booth / event / designated donation box etc n no random person can collect the donation from people. If you feel annoyed, you may leave at once or just give them small change to avoid them from following you around.

Hi Bainur, white building that you visit is not part of the Jameq Mosque. That building used to be a court. Later it was used as Theater center. But after all new buildings were completed, all had been transfered. But during British it was a administration. Now left abandone, waiting for renovation and refurbish. Happy travel. Happy family. Respect to you both for taking your father travel with you. ❤ Wow! Your mosque guide is very amazing.
Next maybe you can bring dad to the National Mosque in Kuala Lumpur. There is a Islamic Museum in front of that mosque. Entrance is free to both places. A lot of interesting displays from all over the world including from your country. Good place to go during this hot weather. After the museum, there is a botanical park and bird park near there too. All within walking distance from each other. Enjoy Malaysia!
Some tips from us Malaysian people all person that asking for donation by person is scammer. So if you want donate just go direct to donation box in masjid or local surau. 🤔 I mean you must know there are no perfect country in this world . So every country has negative stuff
And not to mention they're foreigners and they even have the guts to perform illegal activities in our beloved country. Sadly, our police and customs aren't as strict as Singapore.

u can also visit pink mosque and iron mosque in Putrajaya, 30min from KL

The black domes building was Court House for trials and government office before that. Now the court has moved to another place long time ago.
