    Here's the recipe for the Chicken-Style Seasoning:
    1 c. nutritional yeast flakes (not baking yeast)
    2 T. salt
    2 T. onion powder
    1 T. celery salt
    ½ tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. sweet paprika
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 ½ T. dried parsley

    Very good. I have oregano in a lot of mine. Sometimes I put cumin and turmeric in instead too.

    Question. I was under the impression that Seventh Day Adventists were on a health kick...that they used to be among the healthiest group of people... I thought they were all about the vegetarian diet? Am I wrong?

      Unfortunately some SDAs have gotten away from healthy eating. The ones who are upholding the true message are eating vegan. See saved to serve on youtube and they have a duel name Prophesyagaintv/saved to serve you will see on youtube.

    Enjoyed greatly your presentation. I do have a question however. I am 175 lbs over weight. I'm on a mission to lose 150 lbs with in a year.
    I know you are not a physician but I do respect any suggestion you would render.
    My question is, I'm on a no salt and no sodium diet. I discovered that atlot of vegan and vegetarian recipes are filled with either salt or high sodium. Do you know of a burger recipe that doesn't have either.

      +Tracie Incomplete Mathis Hi Tracie. First, thanks for contacting us and we're grateful for your response. One question for you would be why you would desire to remove salt altogether from your diet? Sodium is something that your body needs and if it's for blood pressure issues or water retention, you may want to consider looking at other types of salt that are of better quality and more beneficial for the body like the Himalayan salt or Celtic sea salt. Another thing is that you can always decrease or remove the salt from any recipe and add other flavors like cumin and lemon/lime juice. We don't recommend others to use canned or processed veggie meats because they're usually high in low-quality sodium and other harmful agents. Making your own is always the best choice. We'll pray that your journey to a healthier weight will be prosperous. Many blessings to you.

      Both diet and water retention. My leg is 3x larger than it should be due to water retention and sodium.

      +Tracie Incomplete Mathis I agree about the Himalayan pink salt.. I've heard from a lot of people with high blood pressure and problems with fluid retention that this salt does not raise their bp and doesn't cause any swelling. It is full of minerals and isn't refined or chemically bleached so our bodies can actually absorb all of the good stuff, lol. Google it, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.       Try being a vegan. Why kill animals when you have other choices.
