    The video's proportions did not work for me. Here's what did: 2 Cups water, 1/3 Cup starter, 1 tsp. sea salt to mix, then add 2-1/4 Cups GF flour (not 3-5/8). Follow video for starter and bake for 40 minutes covered and 5 minutes uncovered. Good luck either way!

    Hi I am wondering about how to get the right consistency to form it into a loaf before baking. I have tried twice now and both times have had trouble getting the 3 5/8 flour to fully mix without the whole loaf just crumbling when I touch it. Any tips? Thank you so much!

    ARE YOU SAYING THE 1ST BAKE AT 450* IS WITHOUT THE LID FOR 30 MINUTES, THEN PULL IT AND COVER IT WITH LID FOR 2ND BAKE FOR ADDITIONAL 45 MINUTES, THEN PULL THE LID OFF AND BAKE A 3 TIME WITHOUT LID FOR ADDITIONAL 10 MINUTES?... NOW HOW DO YOU CONTINUE TO GROW YOUR STARTER?..FOR HOW LONG BEFORE YOU CAN MAKE MORE BREAD? 7-8 MORE DAYS?

    • @AKneadtoBake
      @AKneadtoBake  3 місяці тому

      No you only bake it in a Dutch oven with the lid for 45 min and then 10 min without the lid. The starter you keep feeding it regularly and you can keep making bread every time you need to you just have to feed the starter first before using it on your recipe and let it ferment
