Fuuka has a new VA. Yukari's is still the same. You have to remember that 8 years has passed between Persona 3 and Persona Q, Michelle Ruff's acting skills have improved significantly since. She was great as Kawakami in P5, I felt like she sounded just like an older and more disgruntled Yukari.
