We finally are boujee bike builders and have an air motorcycle lift. Thanks to the people at black widow pro. Go see them for all your lifting needs. We put together the lift and it was surprisingly not complicated. Then finally we get a rare occurance in our shop and worked on a Japanese motorcycle. Paul’s motor magic came through and he tuned it right up.

Moving on up!!! Congrats on the new lift, welcome to the world of airlift. Weld the pedal to the side of lift so it won’t get damaged on the floor, we weld ours to the right side clamp
Don’t weld,bolt it on. Then it’s removable. We bolted all of ours on, the only way to go.
@@lbahr11 why it would need to be removable makes no sense. It stays with the lift & if by a slight chance the pedal happens to break cut it off & replace it

Boy O Boy, what an exciting episode!!! It was amazing seeing you boys bringing that Kawasaki back from the dead to run like a top.
It was fun seeing all the boys come over for a visit, even Crazy Dave! And, I couldn't quite understand it, but it was fun hearing how Paul and John got acquainted.

That new lift is sweet. I wish you guys would have talked us through what was going on with the carbs on that Kawasaki. Seemed like an easy fix, but I couldn't tell what you were doing other than making some air screw and idle knob/screw adjustments. Did any jets have to be removed and cleaned?
Needle height adjustment seemed to make the big difference.
You can also put the bands through the claw and of a hammer and twist and they snap

I have built almost identical same motor Kawasaki chopper. Carbs needed $200 worth of parts so I made 1 into 2 intake and put sportster carb on. No battery, English bike capacitor
