The only thing(s) I would have added were four-inch over fork tubes and fork gaiters. Otherwise, that's one gorgeous Sporty chop! I like the fact you ran a front brake, a H-D solid rear wheel and a rear belt drive. I love the handlebars. You guys always seem to have great time turning wrenches. Made in the USA! Yeah!
Heard of y'all on The Easy Company UA-cam channel. We bought a high torque hitachi starter for a 77 Shovelhead from your store, and THEN I found you on UA-cam. Good content, can't wait to see more. We're starting a 59 Ironhead springer chopper build soon, we might need some parts. Lol
I have a custom Harley-Davidson that I control from a sidecar from my wheelchair I currently need to fix my top end of my engine but I know when I need some stuff I want to buy from here for sure.
Have a 98 in garage Chopper is the look I was looking for. 1st bike I owned was a 73 sportster with springer ridged, I liked that look ,do you guys build one with springer ?
We are building an Evo big twin right now that we're running a springer on, here's our latest video on that: ua-cam.com/video/MLeqlQPNC7k/v-deo.html we don't have a hardtailed Sportster running a springer right now though, maybe on our next build🤘
Thats part of our self build bikes 😊 first road ride, and shit happens, mine first drum brake lock, my fault i installed the brake stopper wrong, and brake shoe is too small, the vehicle behind me almost hit me when I suddenly stopped in the middle of the road, next is chain is grinding the swing arm coz bobbing my bike requires longer chain so I installed tensioner and rubber pads
That's a beautiful bike and some informative insight as well ! Cool ! Very cool ! Just found your channel, I'm happy to support you and other fellow motovloggers. Best of luck with your efforts, I look forward to seeing more from you. Take care and ride safe out there 💯💯👍👍
ya'll the nerdiest looking bike builders with the shirts n shorts ha im a fan tho great work love the kit how it comes with the oil tank, fender n sissy bar good shit i might be ordering one soon got a bike but gonna get a sport for a fun project n chopper
Freaking awesome build! May i ask if can you register a bike like this without problems? Especially when it doesnt have a speedometer, turn signals, etc. Thanks...🤟🏿
Glad you dig it! The nice thing about our Sportster Hardtails is by using a lot of the original frame it allows you to keep the VIN number on the neck. So you register the stock Sportster when you get it. Then, after you chop the rear of the frame off it it's still the same frame and motor with that VIN. That means no need for any new inspections to get it registered.
We manufacture hardtails for Sportsters so they're our bread and butter AND they're a blast to ride🤘 we're also working on the War Horse which is running an Evo Big Twin. Should have a video out soon where we put the finishing touches on that!
It is a great looker for sure.

Lol, Nice ride
I want to win this bike so bad 😊😊😊

3 quarts is too much. That motor holds 2.8 quarts. If you put 3 in its overfull.
Even experienced motorcyclists make mistakes from time to time. Besides, maintaining a motorcycle is almost always going to be dirty business.
Building a sporster chopper is like building a 4 door hotrod. You can do it but it just ain't right .
yup hahahahaha
