What a fun idea for Chris to start a "manly section" in your booth! I imagine there are plenty of bored guys hanging around who might get browsing for tools and blokey items.
A thought regarding ironing: when pressing a wrinkled fabric (depending on the fabric) a slight dampening helps. Heating the fabric opens the weave; it’s the cooling that sets the weave. To avoid the wrinkles keep the fabric still while it cools down. You can use a weight as well.
The frames came out great. The window is amazing with the “drop cloth” behind it. It really changed the appearance. My fav is the Farmer’s Market sign. It is AWESOME!!!! I love everything about it. Your imagination is something else!!
I love your makeovers. Please show what happens with the Santa mug. I am intrigued! I'm also enjoying the shopping and hauls but it is not helping me from staying away from the Goodwill. My closets and bonus room and garage are full. I also enjoy seeing how you decorate your home. Excellence!
My favorite was the bed and breakfast sign . My family lives out of town and we have someone here almost every weekend and we tease that it’s a bed and breakfast. That sign would be perfect
At least two lifetimes ago, when I was very little, my mom had a lady who did her ironing for her. Once a week mom did laundry. When everything was dried (on a line outside of course) she "dampened" it. She sprayed it lightly with water. After that she rolled each piece tightly. This made the work so much easier! Damp cloth gives up the wrinkles much quicker.
I love your enthusiasm about your finds. I bid on some of the "littles" on your whatnot auction. I didn't get some things because I kept getting a message that I hadn't filled out all my information. Once I figured that out I was able to bid when you did the repeats. It was a fun learning experience, lol.
Wow you and Chris found some great items! Love how you used the drop cloth on the window and the Market sign! If you spritz the cloth with water then iron it, the wrinkles will come out! Thanks for sharing! Many blessings!
That little brush in the cup for shaving cream is excellent for applying Howards Feed and Wax!! I have one and it's size and texture makes it perfect!! Love your channel!!!
Make sure to check out any of the little pitchers labels and look them up. Some of them are worth some money and I know a few of them were individual creamers used in restaraunts back in the day. Love the window!
Incredible finds. I have to make one of those farmhouse signs. Have you ever tea stained drop cloth? I did this for a friend on lace curtains, soooo good! Have a blessed Sunday 💗
Oh yes, the littles... those adorable little cuties that whisper "take me home with you, please". Yes, and then I get them all home and can't decide what to do with them. I love how the Farmer's Market sign turned out. Sometimes we just have to go with it, right?! xx
Hey there Yvonne, if you put touches of grey in Santa's beard, it'd look just like Chris! I'll never get to America, so love seeing the kinds of stuff that's there.
Score!! Congratulations on all the little treasures y'all found! I wish I could find some of those round frames. Loved how the frame makeover and the “sack” Farmers Market turned out! 🫶🏻
OMG!! Such treasures! Loved the Frosty sign, the Pig and the teenie green Art Nouveau style pitcher 💕💕 Your DIY's came out beautiful....LOVE your Channel! Good Luck with your sales 🍀🍀🤭
That was fun to watch some pretty cool stuff. The sign was kinda neat but I think another strip of wood on the bottom would of been better. Just my thought. I loved the white window with the drop cloth that was so sharp with the wreath on it. Enjoy your weekend hugs
My favorite of all is the Iron Stone. What a super deal you got with them. I would love to know how you clean them up. Many of the stains have sitting there for years n years. I’ve tried just about everything to clean up the stains. Your frames turned out so nice. You got lucky finding them in wood. Every time I find them there plastic. Your farmhouse sign turned was really cute. I’ll have to try that sometime. You definitely got some bargains . ♥️♥️😊👍👍👍
What great finds!! The littles are my downfall every time!! I keep mine in a very old wooden children’s mini cupboard and it’s getting full🤪 Loved the “Farmers Market sign!!! You are so gifted and thank you for blessing us with those creative ideas! 🥰
The drop cloth window was my favorite in this video. Instead of shellac, which I don't have, is there another type of product that will help with bleeding?
Very nice haul. Look at the wooden spoon and see if KELLOGS is engraved on the handle. I have my grandmothers and worth about 18.00 dollars. I think it came with oatmeal. Someone else may know.
@@GingerChickRehab Yes indeed, she would grab our arm and swat while we ran around her in a circle 😂 I had forgotten that part but then it was about 70 years ago. We must have been a real sight to behold!! Sure couldn't do that today lol. Blessings to you and yours from a non-compliant great grammie in Michigan ❣️
@@irenepeek3211 my kids did the same thing! And my daughter would attempt to collapse on her knees when running in a circle around me didn't result in me stopping. 😆 It made it so much more difficult to swat lol! Actually, my son didn't have to be swatted much. He's like me...if Mama is upset with me, that's worse than a swat! Now he's 22 and my daughter is 15. It goes by too quickly! 😔 And you're correct...not enough kids are being swatted when they really ought to be. It's an outlandish world we're living in.
Congratulations!! You're gonna love it! When I first received mine, I was so fearful to use it that I left it in its box for well over a year. 🤦♀️ I completely regret that because once I got it open and began using it, I loved it! I hope you don't do what I did lol. Yvonne is right, there are many fantastic tutorials on UA-cam. Unfortunately in my circumstance, there wasn't. I got mine way back in 2009 or 2010. When the Explorer One first came out. It's the first machine that looks like the ones nowadays. Instead of being able to use projects or even different fonts with the machine in Design Space, you had to buy cartridges and insert them into the machine. It was a complete nuisance and much more difficult to operate. The main one I use now is my Maker 3. I'm so in love with it and in love with my hubby for gifting it to me for Christmas last year! 🫶🏻 Which one are you receiving? They're all incredible and you cannot go wrong with any of them! 🙂

Ironstone for $1.00! Wow. I love the piggy. Thanks Yvonne
The frames came out great. The window is amazing with the “drop cloth” behind it. It really changed the appearance. My fav is the Farmer’s Market sign. It is AWESOME!!!! I love everything about it. Your imagination is something else!!
I am obsessed with the tray of little pitchers creamers!
The littles were awesome. Wanted so many of them.
What a haul especially love the tiny pitchers. I love the tiny green one.
in the box of littles, some looked like miniatures of collectible pottery, the green and mustard coloured one looks like a Weller design
I love your makeovers. Please show what happens with the Santa mug. I am intrigued! I'm also enjoying the shopping and hauls but it is not helping me from staying away from the Goodwill. My closets and bonus room and garage are full. I also enjoy seeing how you decorate your home. Excellence!
You scored big time!! I love all the smalls... the greenish brown is a frankoma piece....
Loved the piglet. Looks like a lot of fun.
My favorite was the bed and breakfast sign . My family lives out of town and we have someone here almost every weekend and we tease that it’s a bed and breakfast. That sign would be perfect

The vase with the pine cones warms my heart. My mom had one very similar.
Loved all of it! The window was stunning. Loved the frames as well as the demonstration of why you shellac.
The funny pink one. Little pitchers have big ears. Look again! Also little Frankoma piece. Greenish.
You do such a wonderful job. I really enjoy your videos. Thank you for the great crafty ideas!! Grandma in Borger :)
To get wrinkles out of fabric try spraying with vinegar and water. About 50/50.
The little wooden box was for Match Box cars. My daughter told me the little change purse is now called a container for iPods! Lol
Oh.. match box cars.. iPod container.. lol
I can’t wait till you go live!! I’ve been following you for awhile but have never realized you had live sales

Great items! I will have to ✔ u out on whatnot...
What do you plan to do with your galvanized water trough. I just picked one up at a church yard sale for $3 and galvanized wash tub for $1. 😊😊.
Flower planter.. to go with the rest of my galvanized containers
Yvonne if you had moved forward and repainted the frames white would it have come through again?
Yes.. without the sealer of shellac it would keep yellowing
💕
Try Bon Ami on your ironstone pitcher
Thank you for sharing that tip
My Cricut comes tomorrow cant wait love your channel
