Yeah man I was going to do a hype video I was headed to the place where I do my U-Haul side by sides which is right by Jack in the Box and as I'm leaving Walmart I always pass Home Depot I saw that same lifted Van I've seen 4-5 times and finally saw the guy that owns it. Talked to him a little but hopefully he stops by the channel.

Action Van makes a great lift kit. It's as good as the expensive company.

Jamul is a easy drive. If we don't see ghosts at least it's a really nice looking spot.Lifted Vans will look epic convoying there!
Sun/Mon days off is rad, all the campgrounds empty out and you got your choice of spots!
Once I start bringing in pay checks again I am going to try to do a camp spot at least twice a month! Going through 2 months of not being employed I just wanted to camp but didn't want to needlessly spend. Now I'm really going to enjoy my van. Being fired after 9 years after working my a** off was an eyeopener/life changer
Go with Action Van and don’t be afraid to do it yourself, get a friend to help with the heavy stuff.

@@JohnDrivesAnything I didn’t add up the total, but I started removing rivets and PB blasting before the kit even arrived. Working alone it probably took me a few days, the hardest part was getting the old stuff off. The kit itself is very user friendly.
@@hushai5154 My buddy in Michigan is getting install quotes for his lift. Hopefully it's in the low $1000s. Weldtec charges $1700 and AV does it for $1400. Both do alignments. So no Alignment I figure low $1000s.
@@JohnDrivesAnything They can probably get them done in no time with a lift and having all the proper tools on hand. I had to use ratchet straps and little car jack to line stuff up. Yeah, if you’re doing any type of off road you definitely need to learn how to do your own alignment. I know a lot of people don’t like the adjustable castor/camber sleeves but personally the only time I’ve had issues with them was when I tightened them to the original specs, some extra torque on 10plus grade new bolts and I’ve been trouble free.
$1,000. total sounds very reasonable. When it comes to auto repair you guys seem to get better prices out there.

@@JohnDrivesAnything i think there's an app you can download. I believe its called spirit box but not sure but you can talk with the spirits in the area. If you can get your hands on a polaroid camera and just take random shots after the sun sets. Be careful and make sure you let the spirits know you aren't there to harm and tell them not to follow you home. Ive had that happen. Yea I was following Chocolate on YT as he visited SD. But he kept dropping little hints about van life that I put together that his van life experiment would be short.
