- Mickey gets his hands dirty with the Top Rank team! In this episode Mickey shops for some performance parts, begins modifying his Stagea, and visits a Daikoku car meet. Unfortunately he runs into some trouble with his wheels, but the Top Rank service team was there to help get him back on the road.

I work for Mazda and I tell people about the absolute attention to detail in our cars because of the pride Japanese workers take in the finished product. It truly is remarkable just how humble, kind, and helpful they seem to be.
It's the culture over there they are so proud of their work in all aspects. Mad respect to the Japanese!!!!

@@pedrorodrigueziii4859 yes it is. The car community out here in Japan is so much different than the states. Japanese guys with R34 M-Specs will let you sit in the car and tell you what you want to know about it. Everyone appreciates everyone else’s car. The Stagea community is all about hanging out together and meeting up.
Mickey's fiancee is the MVP here. I hope she also had time to shop for herself. Great stagea BTW. One of my favorite Nissans
100%. I am a very lucky guy to have such a wonderful partner to do cool shit with. On this trip she didn't get a heap of time to do "Courtney things" but we will be going back for sure!

I had the same experience with Japanese Culture and how kind they are as you did Mickey. It was absolute culture shock when I had to walk past road work on a sidewalk. The entire crew stopped working, bowed to me, and escorted me and my friend around the work zone. This work zone wasn't big at all and I could have easily walked past it without ever making eye contact with them. But they made sure to escort us. It was insane.
Yea man. It's a very polite way of life there. I love it and suits me quite well.

Man talk about a dream trip. Even when things went sideways, the fact that you were in Japan meant that it became a meaningful chapter in your journey. One day I plan to visit Japan, even if only to appreciate in person, the culture that has touched my life in so many ways.

This is one of the best builds in a long time. 1) not another WRX. 2) I lived in Japan and always wanted a stagea 260RS. Hell, I would have taken a RWD one with with an RB25 and a manual. This build tugs at my heart. Love it!

This is what I admire about Japan! People take pride in their work and actually care. The fact that they stayed late to make sure you have proper tires so you are safe on the road speaks volumes. I can't wait to visit that country!
Loving the Mickey Japan videos! I also love the honesty for Mickey to talk about messing up. He could have easily blamed it on something else or had it edited out, but we all make mistakes so I just appreciate the honesty. The night out driving and parking with the other cars was great. The feeling of being around others who get that you can just go for a drive to feel happiness. Such an awesome thing.
