      Delta wale ke projects title clear hai. Unhone new launch kiya hai udhar Accha hai liya to.
      Baki projects me aap title check karo ki JV hai ki nahi

    Pushpak me actual rate per sqft on full payment is 3000-3500 for g+4/g+13
    Dont buy above that price
    Bcoz there's no means of transport which is going to come in this area for next 4-5 years. Metro will run after 10 yrs. Till then no appreciation. Builders are quoting price which is Equivalent to ulwe

      That's only for full payment but that too ranges around 4k. It's basically 20% discount over 3 years. In reverse calculation it's the same thing.

      So maybe ur not that much aware about the actual rates.

      ​Not possible. 2029-30 pakad ke chalo. Bcoz Inka launching hoke hi 2 sal ho gaye and 2 acres ka bada project Hai.
      Phase wise banega to 2028 first phase and 2030 second phase pakad ke chalo

      Its a 60:40 JV project with complete title to builder. Means jo gao vale ke flats Hai wo bhi builder bechega.
      It's located at the dead end and is a 2acre project. Very far from main highway.
      Not getting completed before 2029-30
      If patil is disagreeing with me. Ask him is he taking any guarantee of 2026?
      Don't get fooled by gold coins and carrots. Do ur own research.
      If u still want to buy ask them to give in 4000/sqft in regular and 3000/sqft in 100% DP
      Project looks good with hill view at the back. But it is as of now. Kal hill jake toot bhi sakta hai.
