Ive had it since it came out but immediately ripped the tie rod from the plastic rod end that connects both the steering link and tie rod to the front left hub. You can’t double stack them because there’s not enough clearance to the wheel. Unique part no doubt. And no parts support yet. Thanks for the vid. I was hoping it shared the part with the gen 8 but axles are different.
I just smacked it hard and broke the lower link at the joint. The rod end was fine! It also pulled out the steering link like yours did. Guess it’s to the shelf while I wait on parts to be available lol
Hey I’m thinking of doing an axle swap on my gen 8 and gonna do the wendigo axles to make it wider and beefy 2.2tires what do you think is it possible?
Cool... Im fitting 2.2’s under my Gen 8 Scout now... tight fit of course, took all fenders and sideboards off. 20kg steer servo. Need to reduce motor pinion, just ordered a 9T (factory is 17T). Then on to fit Scout body higher.
Can you put a gen 8 or 1:10 body on a wendigo?

Hi flex. Since the chassis is nearly identical, will the Wendigo be able to use the Gen8 inner fenders and side plates?

Is the Wendigo more Rock Crawler Like with a smaller Lipo battery or even NiMh
You can program the esc with a program card but the stock system needs to be changed if you want this to be crawler like
